I ordered several derma rollers in different price ranges. This one is just as good as the others in quality and results. I purchased 0.5mm which doesn’t hurt. It feels like a mild sunburn immediately after using it, but quickly fades into a tingle that last for about an hour. The black against the hot pink is a nice color combo, and the case is very sturdy. Overall, I’m very happy with this product.

I use this derma roller on my face, jaw & even my scalp. I’m 60+ so I unfortunately have lines on my face & thinning hair, which is genetic. When I use the derma roller regularly, the lines fade some & the hair on the front of my scalp gets thicker. You have to be somewhat gentle with the .50 size or else you’ll experience peeling which is visible. Also, find a serum or lotion to apply after derma rolling to soothe the skin & give the skin an extra boost. It works.

I definitely wouldn’t call it painless or even “comfortable” as some people have said, but it’s not as bad as say, getting a tattoo by any means. Used cosrx snail mucin with it which works great, of course. Face is barely red after. Neck and under chin is more irritated / looks like a rash but that’s to be expected I think. Too soon to speak on actual results. I do think it would roll easier if it was a tad bit wider
