My Doctor told me to pick this and selsun blu up for a red rash I was getting on an around my face, shampoo with the blu and wash face with the bar everyday and I will say It does work, took about ten days but works . I do have to keep up with it 1/2 times a week to keep it gone but worth it to me

The base of the soap was not properly mixed/homogenized. Random bumps would form when using the soap, causing it to feel very rough on the skin.

I’ve been fighting what I THOUGHT was just flaky dry skin for years. I’ve spent countless nights researching the best oils, lotions, creams, cleansers, or black magic voodoo spells to cure it! Finally it got to the point that my eyebrows were flaking and peeling too. Full snake skin shedding status.
Nothing worked. Finally after more research I figured out it was eyebrow dandruff. I read a ton of reviews and decided to try a cheaper choice first and I’m beyond grateful that IT WORKED!
After just one use with an exfoliating glove by the next morning it was gone and stayed gone for almost a week. I’m testing how often I need to use it to keep it at bay without making my skin ACTUALLY DRY OUT and becoming what I believed was the original problem.
So far, I’ve found that using the soap alone without the glove every 3 days OR using the soap with the glove every 5 days to a full week yields the same results. I’m over the moon!
It smells good and doesn’t have any strange fragrance to it. It makes my skin feel wonderful and my eyebrows are now softer as well. To anyone dealing with weird flaking eyebrows just give it a shot, it is soooo worth it!

This soap is the best thing ive found to help clear up my seb derm. Nothing else ive tried really manages it. It does burn just a bit if you have areas of redness but its not bad and its so worth it. Its a good value and lasts a long time. 10/10 recommend and I will continue buying this.

I love this soap. I had stubborn adult acne. I did have to seek a dermatologist and was prescribed both spironolactone and an antibiotic cream. I started this before I sought a dermatologist, but it completely cleared my cystic acne. I was using it twice a day, but scaled it back to once a day with a more gentle cleanser in the morning. This is because no soap can cure a hormonal imbalance. Thus, I will still recommend this to adults with stubborn acne.
I will say there are some caveats:
It can be very drying, so a light, gentle moisturizer is highly recommended. It can be harsh to sensitive skin – but in fairness, many, many soaps and treatments are. Also, be sure not to over-scrub, harshly or too frequently exfoliate with this soap.
Never the less, because it cleared up my deep, horrifying, and stubborn cystic acne, I will recommend it as an option if other soaps are ineffective against cystic acne.

I have itchy, scaly eyebrows recent issue, and this product is one of the few things that can make it so that I don’t want to just sit my skin off somehow a cherry I’m still using creams as well but this stuff is a game changer

I’m 66 years old and developed thick skin and flaking, originally in one spot in my eyebrow. It eventually spread to both eyebrows, slightly along my nose and inside my ears. Dermatologists told me to use OTC Cortizone cream. It did almost nothing. I finally found this soap and thought I’d give it a try. I was shocked how well it worked. I use it when I take a shower, washing my face. It pretty much has eliminated the flaking in my eyebrows and redness. So far, it’s eliminated the flaking in my beard also. Didn’t expect that. I still have an area near the edge of my scalp I’m working on. I have pustules and some flaking around the edge of the scalp that may be a different problem. But I HIGHLY recommend giving this soap a try for flaking around the eyebrows. I’ve used it to wash inside my ears, and had mixed results so far. It’s reduced the heavy skin thickening somewhat, but hasn’t yet eliminated it.
