I only use Detmaologica products. The sunscreen is a little thick, not greasy and moisturizes well. Just went to the Caribbean and no sunburn. I’m pleased.

I’ve always used physical sunscreen because regular sunscreen burns my eyes. I’ve always found the white cast annoying and tinted versions would coat my eyebrows and cause them to look faded. This is THE best physical sunscreen i have ever tried. The scent is so subtle and goes away in seconds. It has the best blending of any physical sunscreen on the market.

Sun protection is definitely the most important part of skincare routines and for me, this sunscreen was just not it. First off, dermalogica is a really great brand and I love their serums. But this sunscreen overall was just mid for me. I don’t like putting on sunscreen so sheerness is KEY. This sunscreen was definitely on the thicker side and ultimately left a white cast. Zinc oxide is a great ingredient because it’s safer for the reefs but this one just left a layer on my skin that I didn’t really like on my face. I ultimately used this on my body when I went to the beach. But even then, after showering, I could still feel the residue on me. The scent was pretty nice; not too strong of a “sunscreen” smell but it definitely had one. So if you are not into fragrance, this would not be for you. And finally, the most important part (well for me), the price, This tube was about $50 after taxes. For the price and performance of this sunscreen, I had to take away a couple stars. I think there are a lot of other sunscreens out there that are just better overall.
