This peel is one of my fave ways to “re-set” my skin. I travel a lot for work and find that my skin often pays the price for hectic days and lack of sleep. Whenever I need a refresher, I tend to reach for this product. Note that this peel is professional strength, so even those that do not have sensitive skin, if used too frequently, will suffer adverse affects of over exfoliation. I use this once or twice a month and that is enough to keep my skin in great shape.

This Dermalogica Liquid Peelfoliant with Glycolic Acid is a very nice, very gentle facial peel, it was still working a couple of days after use. Definitly improves the texture of my skin, feels super soft. Very easy to use, no adverse side effects. I’ll continue to use this but won’t be purchasing again at it’s current price.

I am a huge Dermalogica fan and have been using their products for at least a couple of decades, with intensive moisture balance being my day and night moisturizer the entire time, have never strayed from that one. So, I was beyond excited to give this new liquid peel exfoliant a try. I was a long time user of the daily resurfacer and still can’t believe they discontinued those little pads–they worked like a charm to gently exfoliate my dry, sensitive skin on a daily basis and consistently gave me the ideal, perfectly smooth glow.
I am always cautious when trying any new product on my sensitive skin, but I really do trust Dermalogica to put out the highest quality products and therefore decided to just slather it all over my face, without doing a patch test first like I would for most any other brand. Thankfully, I made the right decision and Dermalogica came through like it always does and didn’t cause me any adverse reactions.
The first time I tried it, I actually didn’t really feel anything, no tingling whatsoever. Then, the second time a tried it, two nights later, I definitely felt some tingling. My skin looked refreshed, smoother and glowy after use, again without any irritation so I think this is promising. I haven’t used it long enough to give a full report, but my initial impressions are positive and I feel very hopeful about this being a winner. The only thing I am trying to dial in a little more is exactly when and how to use this pink serum. It needs to be rinsed off after three minutes and since I prefer to use the filtered water in my shower when I wash my face (I notice a difference when I wash at the sink with no filter, skin isn’t as radiant), I am thinking I will have to use this in the shower. The skin has to be perfectly dry when using so I will have to towel off my face after cleansing, apply for three minutes, then rinse…a little high maintenance, but if the results are as good as I think they might be, then I guess it will be worth it. I plan to continue using this every other night before bed until empty and will update this review if my opinion changes drastically after finishing the bottle.

I’m a fan of the brand and my skin was looking dull so I figured I’d try this peel. I definitely see a positive difference. I have a glow and my skin tone is more even. It’s not harsh; I did start out using it every other day and now use it most days before bed and applying my evening moisturizer.

I feel like this product has changed my skin. I love it so much. You can use it every day or a couple times a week. It’s pricey but it lasts a long time and it’s totally worth the cost. A little bit goes a long ways.

I’ve heard a lot of wonderful things about Dermalogica over the years in various skincare communities, but I’ve never really thought about giving this brand a try myself until I was recently given the opportunity to try this Liquid Peelfoliant.
I’ve used this a total of three times since receiving it, and I can confidently say that it is now a PERMANENT addition to my skincare product library. I love it that much.
I am in my 30s. My skin has been abused forever due to chronic skin-picking. I’m on a medication that dries my skin out, causes it to flake, and sometimes makes it sensitive to various skincare products. I get a little nervous to try new things because when something goes wrong, it can go REALLY wrong.
Anyway, I won’t drag this review out too much. It’s way past my bedtime, and here I am writing reviews for my Amazon fam. But anyway, what impressed me the most about this peel are the following:
1) It didn’t burn or sting near as much as I thought it would. Everyone can expect a slight tingling, burning, or stinging sensation when using an acid peel like this, but it’s generally worse for me so I tend to avoid them. I was brave testing this out several times, and lived to tell the story. Wasn’t nearly as bad as I had anticipated.
2) It actually freaking works and does EXACTLY what it claims to do. Like clockwork, a few days after treating my skin with this stuff, all the dead and ugly skin starts peeling off in large sheets. It’s awesome.
3) Immediately after treating my skin with this and rinsing it off per the instructions,, my skin feels incredibly soft and clean, pores appears to be smaller with less gunk in them, and my other skincare products seem to soak in 1000x better. It even dramatically reduces the inflammation around my most picked skin areas.
Overall, this peel has been an absolute game-changer for me. My skin looks noticeably brighter and healthier after only three uses, so I look forward to seeing what it can do over the next few months. If you’re sick and tired of looking in the mirror at super dehydrated and lifeless skin, you should consider giving this a try.

I’ve used this four times this week. My skin is smooth and clear. One dropper full is enough to cover the entire face. I don’t need to wear makeup. I follow this peelfoliant with a wash, toner, glycerine serum, and moisturizer before bed.
