This is a great face cleanser. I use it after using Dermalogica’s precleansing oil. After using the oil it takes very little cleansing gel to foam and clean my face. So, it lasts a long time, which, by the way, I find true for their facial scrub as well as the oil. Great products, very good value.

let me preface this by saying i had been recommended this product for years and i never tried it. i’ve recently been seeing this cleanser on social media and finally decided to give it a try!
i was worried about being allergic to it since I’m allergic to many cleansers but this one gave me absolutely no issues! it foams up really well and doesn’t give me that skippy, dry skin feeling after rinsing. my skin needs change literally every year so where i used to be oily, now im dry and this cleanser gives me the balance i’ve been needing — no more double cleansing!!
it’s gentle, yet my skin feels completely clean, it’s practically odorless so no perfume-y smells, and my skin never feels tight after i use it!
ive used this cleanser for a full week now for both AM & PM and i follow up with my usual routines, no conflicts with my other products.
i’m currently chilling on the couch looking like a glazed donut writing this review. GET THE CLEANSER! it’s awesome!

I’ve been using the special cleansing gel for years. When I started using it, I had oily skin and I loved this product. Over the years, my skin has become drier. As a result, I tried different cleansers meant to hydrate the skin. I came back to the special cleansing gel after being dissatisfied with everything else I tried. As it turns out, special cleansing gel is also the best cleanser for dry or dehydrated skin.

I have trial and errored through both so many high end and lower end brands. Nothing compares to this face wash. I can’t express how well it cleans your skin yet does not dry it out at all and leaves you feeling squeaky clean but with such a healthy barrier.
