I’ve used the conditioner only once so far and I haven’t had any adverse effects- thank heavens as my scalp is sensitive. However it was very ‘coagulated’, I think it’s been stored for quite a while. My hairdresser uses this product on me so I’ve seen it’s smooth consistency (and this brand’s stuff is pretty good). So I shook it up for a while, put it on the radiator for a while, still the product didn’t come together. Hence 3 stars.

My hair is fine and straight, and not treated at all. In recent months, it has started becoming very tangly for no apparent reason, so I started looking for some detangling products to help. I thought I would try this conditioner as it specified detangling as one of its properties. I finished off the bottle this morning, and figured it had a full run for me to make an informed review.
Even though I liked it in a lot of respects, it didn’t fulfill what I really needed it for, which was to detangle my hair and allow me to comb through it easily. I have ended up having to use a spray detangler to assist further while still pulling out knots in my hair. I like it as a conditioner, but not a detangler, so if that’s what you’re needing, you might try another product.

There would be no other conditioner I would use on my kids hair. This conditioner leave the hair extra soft moisturized, shiny and smelling really good. I use this product in cosmetology school. Works great.
