The first bottle I got of this the consistency was like a thick liquid and worked as desired. The second bottle the product is as thin as water and runs right out of my hands if I try to pour it in them. The bottle was still sealed when I got it, so it hasn’t been tampered with. I’m assuming there was a bad batch in the manufacturing facility. It also leaves kind of a greasy residue, unlike my first bottle.
Edit: after using this for a month, I’m changing my rating from three stars to one star. It’s made my hair dry and straggly, and my hair is falling out way more than usual. For as expensive as this is, it’s not a good quality product.

I love this product. I’ve purchased it a number of times. It works fantastic on curly blond hair. The only thing I don’t like is the new bottles. The short fat bottles take up too much space. I would totally recommend this to others.

I don’t like the texture of the shampoo. I must have missed that it didn’t foam. I shampoo twice and rince thoroughly and it feel that my hair is greasy. I am disappointed since it was under the recommandation of my hairdresser. Very pricey for a bad shampoo.
