I’m enjoying this conditioner. It’s got a light, fruity smell that isn’t overpowering. It’s good at detangling and adding moisture to processed hair, but it doesn’t weigh it down. I have fine, wavy 2B hair that can be weighted down easily but also suffers from oily roots when a conditioner is too heavy. This doesn’t cause either of those problems while still leaving my hair moisturized and happy when it’s dry. I’d order this again.

I have been using DevaCurl CurlHeights Volume + Body Boost Conditioner,(12 oz), for around 3 weeks, twice a week.
The conditioner leaves my hair super soft, it rinses off quickly and leaves no greasy residue and it helps my frizz.
Why 4 stars?
I have very thin hair and I am not getting a volume boost. This formula may be weighing my hair. This may work for other customers have thicker hair.

Moisturizing and volumizing? Sign me up. My hair has felt fairly dry and brittle especially in the harsh winter months. I also struggle with volume; my hair is thin and fine. Enter this product. After washing my hair with this, it feels SO smooth and SO moisturized, with a noticeable reduction in frizz. There is much more life to it, even after one use.
I’ll note that the feel is somewhere between a mask and a conditioner, leaning more toward the mask side. I wouldn’t say it’s light, but I also didn’t feel like it weighed down my hair. The scent is pleasant; it reminds me of what my hair smells like fresh out the salon after getting my hair colored, but in a good way. It’s also a plus for me that this product is safe for color-treated hair AND I like that the ingredients are vegan with no harsh chemicals.
The container itself is a little tough. I felt like I had to work to squeeze it to get the product out. But that’s not a huge deal.

This product has worked wonders on my nieces hair who we have taken in. Been a struggle to find products that she likes and works well with her super curly hair. This conditioner is amazing. It makes her hair super soft and shiny. Smells amazing too! Her hair is super easy to detangle and comb through after using this product. Helps keep the frizz in check as well making her hair look sleek, shiny, and healthy! We are both obsessed with how this works wonders on her hair and will be purchasing again!

I alternate using this conditioner and another similar product and notice that I do have lighter and bouncier curls on the days when I use this conditioner. It is a nice, light conditioner. It does have a bit of a floral scent which isn’t my favorite, but it is subtle and usually gets overtaken by scents from other products I use.

It’s crazy to formulate conditioner so thick in a super thick plastic bottle…cannot get the conditioner out of the bottle without using 2 hands. I took the cover off and squeezed the bottle as best I could (arthritic hands) and a huge amount of conditioner squirted out. I’ve used this product for many years with no issues. Different bottle-different formula? I had no problem with the pump bottle but the 32Oz bottle lasts me too long. The bottom 3 inches was all dried up. Ended up throwing it away☹️ Too expensive to throw some away!

I have no hair, so I gave this to my wife to try. She fell in love with it on the first use. She said it made her hair softer and had more volume. She has become a believe with each successive use. Touching her hair—it is softer to the touch and her hair looks fantastic.
So, if you want a quality conditioner, this is definitely worth a look!
