I’ve found Deva Curl products to have pleasant fragrances in all the other products. This hairspray is the exception. The fragrance is extremely overpowering to the point of causing headache and nausea. Since Amazon and also DevaCurl doesn’t allow refunds or exchanges on this product, I’m going to have to throw it out. I’ve been a dedicated Deva Curl girl for years. I’m questioning future purchases because of this poor customer service.

All of you who have curly hair, this is a phenomenal hairspray that offers hold to my curls without leaving my hair stiff and crunchy. It was a bit costly, but well worth it!

I have been using it every morning that I curl my hair, and it works fine. The curls are still there by the end of the day, so it does the job. I also found that it says on the bottle that it doesn’t make your hair crunchy, but it makes mine very crunchy. I would have to shampoo my hair every day to get it out. It’s very sticky too. I have very thick hair by the way, so my hair doesn’t stay curly for a while.
