This is such an amazing lightweight cream!! It has a very light, elegant, expensive smelling light orange or citrus scent to it. I don’t need much and it spreads like room temperature butter. It’s not runny, very lightweight. I have very sensitive, dry, acne prone skin. I do use serums and another moisturizer with this. If I have the air conditioner on, I do need another layer of moisturizer after a while. But that’s constant air or wind direct to my face. If you are in a dry atmosphere most of the time, you will a hydrating serum and or hydrating moisturizer on top of this one. This is such a huge jar that I just got to the bottom of the jar after 3 1/2 months. I use this twice a day, for my morning skincare routine and my evening skincare routine.
I wish amazon also sold the other ones DHC sold. There are 3 of these. One is the gel, this one is the all in one gel and the third one is the cream. I believe if you use all 3, you will have such amazingly hydrated, glowing, beautiful skin. Amazon please sell the other 2 as well ASAP! I’d love to use all 3 of them together.

Saw a noticeable difference overnight!!!! I have significantly noticeable pores, nothing has really helped, and they are so much less noticeable!!!!!
I am in my mid 50s,
been fighting lines, wrinkles, undereye aging, overall less sculpted look, loss of firmness – all harder to fight now than previous years…overnight my skin is noticeably smoother, undereye area looks less hollow and smoother, I want to say a bit plumper and brighter, too.
Skin is soft but not greasy.
I am interested to see what more will improve in time and plan to report back later!
So far very, very impressed!!!!!
p.s. Read this about astaxanthin: it is a carotenoid antioxidants, fights Free radicals and oxidative stress so destructive to your skin, contributing to the breakdown of collagen and elastin, the two most important anti-aging proteins in your skin. One side note – a couple reviewers mentioned a weird scent – I am sensitive to scent and noticed zero weird scent, almost no scent at all really.

Overall this product is good, and will work for most people, as is seen in other reviews. I struggle with moisturizers clogging my pores and this one didn’t do that too much but it still helped my very dry skin a LOT. It doesn’t smell great but astaxanthin is often harvested from krill and seaweed, so that makes sense. And the smell goes away once it soaks in. And on that note, it soaks in nicely.
My issue is that I was worried about this product containing yellow dye because of the color. But I read the ingredients list here and on the DHC website and no yellow dye was listed, so I figured the color was naturally occurring. I have 2 unusual allergies; yellow dyes, and polyurethane. After about a week of using this product, I started breaking getting hives. Now, I can’t imagine there’s polyurethane in this product, but I can imagine there is Yellow #6. Most people won’t have an issue with this, but it is frustrating that at least one ingredient was probably not properly listed. It’s possible I’m allergic to something else in here, but I only ever get hives from yellow and orange colored cosmetics…
In any case, most people will probably benefit from this cream, it’s just a bummer the ingredients weren’t listed in their entirety and now I wasted $50

I’ve used this cream for a couple years. Love how it makes my skin feel. My issue is with their product list. I don’t understand what half of them are. And one in particular I have an issue with: palm oil. It’s destroying the habitat for many apes in jungles. It’s a huge issue. I’ve written to them about it…but nothing has changed.

This is my absolute favorite nighttime moisturizer. I have dry, sensitive, breakout prone skin and this plumps it up and moisturizes very well. I use a serum under it sometimes. I’d wear it for daytime too except I use products with SPF to protect my skin from the sun.
It is seemingly heavy but it absorbs into my skin very well, and leaves it plump and helps with the few fine lines I am starting to get. This is my holy grail moisturizer. It doesn’t break me out either, I think it’s very high quality, and it doesn’t really smell (to me). It’s perfect!

I have problem skin. Always have. I spent insane amounts of time and money on trying to resolve these problems overt he years. This is the best product I’ve ever come across in my search. It plumps, moisturizes and fades acne scars like nothing i’ve tried before (and/or luxury and specialty products at 3-4 times the price). Moisturizes completely, but does not cause oiliness or congestion of my oily/congested skin. Plumps, hydrates, brightens and seems to balance my skin. Eliminates the need for layering many products with different functions. You get a LOT in the package, and you only need a tiny amount per use, so it lasts forever. Agree with other reviewers – don’t like that it does not have a additional safety seal inside the lid, but product looked/performed like full/new. Overall love it. Will likely stick with this one for a long time.
