The UNOISETION Diamond Microdermabrasion Machine, Home Microdermabrasion Tool, Portable Dermabrasion Facial Machine with 9 Diamond Tips, Facial Skin Care Device for Skin Exfoliation Blackhead Removal it’s very lacking in directions or instructions on how to properly use it for how expensive this product is.
Unfortunately like other reviewers, I had to go online (on many different sites) and watch many videos from other people to learn how to use this device – That should never be the case on any product! This is NOT an inexpensive and a harmless device – you have to make sure to know how to use it. The instructions do not indicate how frequently you need to replace the diamond tips and very limited information on what tips to use – which is very important.
I attached part of the instructions from the box and part from the booklet, you can see that there’s no indication of what number diamond drill to use and each one are numbered – although I needed a magnifying glass to see it it’s so faint. The higher number is a finer grit more to use on your face. If you read the instructions you can see how limited and words that make no sense in the English language. There is also a button when you press it there is a snowflake symbol, however there is nothing in the instructions that indicates what that means.
You use it once a week and there is a method to do it properly. It does come with everything necessary.
I gave it one star for the lack of instructions on something that can harm your skin if done improperly.
I would not recommend anybody to purchase this. You’re going to have to do a lot of your own research and wasting a lot of time. They need to correct this and give a detailed instruction booklet – especially because if you do it incorrectly you can harm your skin. Plus for the price of $79.00 there is no excuse for this!

This product does work, but there’s a reason why typically only aestheticians use micro dermabrasion in a spa setting. It can be harmful if you go too far and it is tempting to go far. Start with the gentlest abrasion on the gentlest setting. test it out on your arm first to get a feel for it, and then when you move onto the face, resist the urge to be over zealous. Less is more. When you are done, do the proper aftercare. Layer on the soothing ointment. And remember, don’t stay in one place too long. Keep it moving.

Maybe it’s just me, but after attempting to use this microdermabrasion machine for the first few times, I still wasn’t at a comfortable level in using it. I wasn’t seeing the results others state they’ve received. I didn’t know, maybe I was using it too aggressively. The instructions surely are lacking. So, of course, like others, I took to YouTube. After viewing more than several videos, I found one that really assisted in using this home version of a microdermabrasion machine. The video I observed was for a different brand. But none the less, it gave me real direction.
The complete set up has 9 Diamond Tips for the various areas on one’s face. And I’ve not used them all. Because I caused my face to get slightly bruised in places. Therefore, I discontinued using for a short while. Now, I intend to really learn proper use of it, thus, I won’t experiment with the coarser tips, until I feel I’m ready. This is a simple model in comparison to what’s out there. And at a much lower cost. Since it’s my first I’ve owned, I don’t have much to compare. But for the inexperienced beginner, it will do. Just take your time and caution in application of usage. Hopefully, the manufacturer will improve the instruction insert.

This set comes with a bunch of tips for microderm abrasion at home. This kit is a better deal for your wallet and beats shelling out a ton of money at the salon It charges pretty quick, and it seems like it is made nicely. As for how it works….. I suggest you look up videos on how to use it. I am NOT professionally trained and put too much pressure the first time and hurt my skin a little. So far I am practicing and the handheld machine seem to work well for me.

This little DIY microdermabrasion unit really does work! I had to search for really how to do the procedure, results of that search in video. My face felt a little inflamed after use as expected. I toned with a niacinamide toner and use a calming face mask. I then toned again and applied serum, eye cream and moisturizer. The after pics were after all of this. The before pictures were after shower- washed face and astringent toner. The cotton filter is from the main tool that I used. This comes with extra filters and extra O-rings (to get good suction). The filters catch any dead skin, impurities so they don’t travel to the machine. I used the lowest setting (except on my nose, I used 2) and the finest grit tools. I only had one area that seemed to get surface pettechiae (by my lip) and I expect that will gone by tomorrow.

I’m honestly not even going to use this machine because when I look at the diamond tips they look intense. It looks like a power tool to use to sand metal, not something to use on something as delicate as your skin – on your face nonetheless. I have had professional microdermabrasion done before and do not recall the tips looking anything like these.

Before I got this UNOISETION Diamond Microdermabrasion Machine I didn’t know anything about microdermabrasion technique. When the product arrived, it was completely missing the necessary instructions for proper use. I spent some time reviewing videos on how to dip in to the process. I am glad I did because just diving in can be harmful. I started using this on my feet to get a sense of movement and force. I tried different diamond tips and learned how to move across my skin. It paid off. When I moved to my face, I had a handle on the motion, speed and diamond heads that would be most helpful. I made sure to not overdo, which I think is easy to do, but could cause harm. I will not exceed the recommended use ovr any given month. So far so good, but I attribute that to going beyond what came in the box, i.e., training.
