    The product was great but the shipping was horrible. I ordered this product to have it arrive busted in a bubble envelope. I submitted a replacement request only to have that order completely lost. Amazon was awesome as always. They apologized and told me to just keep the busted product and issued me a full refund. I did love what little bit of the product I got to try but it’s a shame I couldn’t get full bottles.

    I love the smell of this shampoo and conditioner and it works great if you have long flat hair but it smells beautiful and it needs to be out in the stores everywhere cuz it’s hard to find that’s why I had to order it in Charleston South Carolina…
