Massage it into your scalp prior to shampooing. First of all, it smells good and feels good on your skin. I am using it along with Dr Berg’s Biotin shampoo and conditioner to help my hair to become fuller again. (Age and thyroid issues have taken a toll on my my hair causing it to thin some and become dry). These products are helping a lot to restore my hair to a much more healthy condition. Applying the oil to uour scalp and letting it work it’s magic overnight works best. The only downside is going to bed with oily hair, but the benefits far outweigh that inconvenience plus it has a pleasant odor. I am seeing good results and highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful oil mix! My scalp and my hair immediately looked better and felt better, the morning after I applied it. I have been getting compliments about how gorgeous and shiny my hair is.
NOTE: For those who complained in reviews that this product makes your hair greasy… Duh?? This is a mix of OILS. Of course, it makes your hair greasy. Read the instructions on the bottle! You are supposed to massage it into the scalp and leave it overnight, and then wash it off in the morning. It’s NOT the kind of oil that you apply and leave in during the day.

I probably need to be a little more consistent, but washing this out of my meagre head of hair every day is a chore for the person I am. I use it, but I also got an “iRestore” thingie, with my wonderful Amazon Points!. Spouseling calls it a “Red Hat”. I’m better with that thing, and … well… wigs!
