Overall, I’m really happy with this. It does a pretty good job of gently exfoliating my skin. I’ve had no irritation, and my skin is bright and clear. It’s not overly drying, but I do feel less oily when I’m using it. I like the convenience of the push to dispense, but I do feel like sometimes it makes more of a mess than a regular bottle? The cotton pads I’m using don’t absorb the liquid as fast as it shoots out and it leaks a bit.

This BHA exfoliator is great for anyone with acne prone skin, since its gentle but exfoliates without stripping my face. The bottle is actually great it comes with a pump and you use a cotton pad and only spread it on the areas of concern. The bottle is quite large so a little goes a long way and even though i use it like 2-3 times a week I’m not even half way through my bottle, I will defitnely be repurchasing this again.

This salicylic acid breakout solution is great for those with mild to moderate acne who are looking for a way to improve the appearance of this skin by minimizing the number of breakouts, the amount of redness, and the appearance of pores. With that said, it doesn’t leave my skin feeling super healthy. I found that, after using this product for a couple of weeks, my skin was left quite dry, even when used in conjunction with a moisturizing serum and moisturizer application morning and night.
I have combination, mildly sensitive skin and live in a seasonally dry climate. My face doesn’t do well with drying products in the spring, fall, and winter. I think that I might be able to make this product work for me during the summer, but not the other seasons.
Overall, I would recommend this product as I think it’s effective, but I would just caution those who are prone to dry skin to spot test it first.

*Update*
After using the product for a few months I am changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars. While I still have all my concerns that I listed below, the product itself has done an amazing job of keeping my mid 40s skin clear and even dare I say a wee bit firmer. This would be easily a 5 star product if they made changes to the lack of tamper resistance and changed how the bottle dispensed. I will be purchasing again when I run out. That is how good the product is despite my concerns.

I have… concerns. The product itself is fine. I used it instead of toner and my breakout did seem to clear up a wee bit faster, particularly the end part where it’s just red annoyed skin. Not a miracle worker by any stretch, but it did have small noticeable results.
HOWEVER, there was nothing to seal the container or the product box. It arrived with half the contents dumped all over the plastic bubble envelope they shipped it in. Had this not been something I got for review purposes I would have sent it back. The mess isn’t even my real concern, companies can’t always control how their items are shipped so I tend to just give them the benefit of the doubt.
The real issue is there is no anti-tampering precautions anywhere. The cardboard product packaging is unsealed, with a bottle inside that is also unsealed. As for how the product pumps out, it is a recipe for contamination. You place a cotton ball on the top and pump down until it’s damp. If you place that same cotton ball back down to resoak, you have just contaminated the whole top pump portion. That is a terrible design for something used to treat what are basically small open skin wounds…
For the price, none of this is acceptable. Hard pass from me.

I used this for a few weeks and didn’t see any major break outs. Usually I get a few pimples every week or so but I didn’t notice many when using this solution. I like that this solution includes multiple types of acids like BHA and AZA. It didn’t dry out my skin too much but I also use a moisturizer when using this solution

Firstly, the product easily dispenses onto cotton pads/balls as there’s a push down pump. It measures out the product for you and easily goes over your face. It has a bit of a burning sensation, but that is to be expected of a product like this. It clears up my face and works nicely. It shouldn’t be used too often, only about twice a week to avoid excessive dryness. DO NOT use it daily as this can do more damage than good. It’s appearance is a clear liquid, like water. I really like this product since it works so well. I will most likely be buying this again. 10/10
