Can we first get over the stigma of men using face product? I live in sunny climate; during the summer the UV index is often pegged at “11” (the maximum) for many hours. This takes its toll on your face, even as I typically use facial product containing SPF as a critical part of my daily routine. So why this product when it doesn’t contain SPF? My dermatologist recommended I upgrade to mineral-based SPF, which means separate product for moisturizer before SPF.
This is first product I have used with Ceramides; however I have read about this and wanted to try. I use is after showering and shaving, before SPF (now mineral-based); as directed by much of what I have read. This product goes on thin; a little spreads over a large area. You definitely need less than you think. As a moisturizer, I like it. As anti-aging, too early to tell. I am definitely going to stick with this through a full bottle though…

Firstly love the sturdy minimalistic packaging. This toner is slightly thicker than normal toners which tend to be more liquidy. This one is thick gel like with a yellowish color. It absorbs very quickly and gives a matte finish. It is nicely moisturizing, but I don’t love how there are unnecessary dyes in the ingredients. There is a slightly sweet fragrance. Overall I have sensitive dry skin but didn’t find this irritating and do like it. Had safety seal.

4⭐️- I would recommend it as the one to get.
Usually, I would cleanse my face, apply toner and serum, and finish with moisturizer. However, with this toner/serum, I wash my face, use this product, and then finish with the moisturizer. This bottle will last me quite some time because I only use a couple of drops on the tip of my fingers and then rub it on my face. I would not suggest using a cotton pad or cotton ball because it will only waste the product since it’s more of a serum than a toner.
I like that this product is free of all those chemicals that can strip your skin’s natural oil. It has Panthenol, which soothes my skin while creating a barrier to keep it hydrated throughout the day. I don’t see a need to use the usual serum, and when I’m using this product, it’s taking away one step in the process of my facial regimen, saving me a couple of minutes.

I always check for an expiration date before using, ESPECIALLY with health & beauty products.
This Toner is as advertised, and works well. The PRICE is in the usual range.

I added this into my skincare routine after having some dryness from increasing the strength of my retinol. This was enough of a change to combat the dryness I was having without having to switch to a heavier moisturizer and risk pore clogging that way. I noticed a change immediately, and I have been using it for almost a month. Love it!

Review: Dr.Jart+ Ceramidin Skin Barrier Face Serum Toner with Ceramides | Korean Skin Care, 5.07 fl oz
This serum feels like a lotion to be honest but felt incredible on my face, kind of made it look like face primer. Not terribly hydrating if you use it stand alone so I ended up layering lotion on my face after. This is the first time I wished a product came in a dropper type bottle because she’s thick!

I’m a big fan of Korean Skincare and Barrier Repair products. I’ve tried a few new releases from Dr. Jart+, this has been my favorite.
It’s such a different texture from the usual toner or essence, it’s got a thicker milky appearance. It feels very soothing and pleasant on the skin, and it does soak in very well. I like it for morning and night, I don’t find it makes my already oily skin any greasier and doesn’t interfere with my makeup. I love barrier repair product, this is a great option for the daytime as many are thicker night creams. I do feel like it leaves the skin nice an plump after application.
The bottle is nice and heavy, because it is more viscous than an ordinary toner I think it’s a little hard to dispense as exactly and I’ve gotten a little much a couple times, so don’t try to shake it out too vigorously.

I love the consistency of this, it does a great job helping my skin feel smooth and hydrated without the need for a ton of products. I do generally let this dry before applying a light moisturizer and SPF. As a Korean skincare brand, this company has a stellar reputation.

The toner keeps the skin moisturized and creates a barrier that prevents the skin from drying. It is gentle for sensitive skin too. The product is high quality and effective and thus gets our recommendation.
