Recently I’ve been really trying to pay attention to what I put in and on my body. And in that regard, the Squatch brand came highly recommended for the personal hygiene department.
At first, when I was making the purchase, I was a little overwhelmed by all the scent choices. As a typical man, I didn’t put too much thought into soap before. Soap was soap. So I just picked one of the 5-bar variety packs. Of course, the first thing you want to do though once receiving the box is “I want to smell them”. And I was pleasantly surprised, and was looking forward to my next shower.
So let’s start with the scent then. Of the 5 flavors, here is my ranking from most to least favorite: 1) Wood Barrel Bourbon (WBB), 2) Coconut Castaway (CC), 3) Gold Moss (GM), 4) Birchwood Breeze (BB), 5) Fresh Falls (FF). And it’s not like I didn’t like FF. It just reminded me more like a standard soap smell. Whereas all the other scents felt more earthy or exotic. I asked my wife to smell too. So for her opinion, I did not get a complete ranking. But her most favorite was also the WBB. And her least was the GM. So anyway, WBB is the front runner in this house.
Moving on. The next thing I did was review the ingredients. I use an app that scans the product and tells me, because there’s no way I’m going to research each thing myself. So all 5 bars had high rankings. But it was interesting to find BB and CC had slightly lower marks due to the inclusion of titanium dioxide. The app labels this as low risk, and I’ll let you look that up for the details. But the other 3 bars did not have it. So again, WBB comes out on top for me.
Moving on. I have not been able to use all of them. But of course, I went straight for the WBB. Again it smells so good when I step into the shower. I can smell it even before starting to scrub. It seems to lather good. No complaints there. The first couple uses, it felt smooth on the skin. As it starts to wear down, I started to feel a bit of the grit in the soap. I don’t find this as a bad thing. Just noticeable. Also, I think it wears down faster than normal soap. Could be why buying 5 bars at a time is the way to go. (As I thought at first, man, 5 bars of soap will last me a long time. But probably not now at this rate.) Also, the shape was odd to me. The square instead of the standard rectangular shape. It sat awkwardly in my soap dish for a bit. Until it wore down. Neither of those things is enough to mark any points off though.
I am thoroughly happy with this soap. I look forward to trying more flavors. And I look forward to trying more Squatch products overall.

For about $6 dollars a bar it doesn’t last long. The Soap is good, varias fragrances you will find something u like. I got less then a week with one bar, while a supermarket brand like Irish Springs will last double the time.

this isnt a fake review completely real this is the best soap ive ever had ive looked for so many body washes and they all have harmful chemicals that i just wouldnt want on me and this product not only has 0 harmful chemicals it smells so good and last so long and they be having collaborations with people like minecraft, starwars, spongebob like yes please

Ich kann die Inhaltsstoffe natürlich nicht überprüfen, muss darum die Angaben des Herstellers so hinnehmen. Wenn man denen glaubt, ist das eine sehr natürliche Seife.
Was absolut super ist, sind der Geruch und die Schaumbildung. Wirklich toll. Leider verfliegt der Geruch nach ein paar Monaten weitestgehend, es ist also keine Seife, die man sich für besondere Gelegenheiten aufheben sollte, sondern eine für den täglichen Gebrauch. Was bei dem durchaus kräftigen Preis halt ein Punkt ist, über den man sich im Klaren sein sollte. Aber man gibt Geld für so viele Dinge aus – warum nicht für eine gute Seife.

Che dire fa quello che deve fare , ha un ottimo profumo , anche se non dura molto dopo la doccia. La consistenza in sé e un po’ strana e di sicuro dura meno che un sapone europeo ( questo viene dall’America ) tende molto a seccare la pelle , per me va bene , ma per alcuni potrebbe creare problemi. Nota dolente ? 35 eurini per 3 saponi ? Anche no !
