Unboxing this dryer-brush, I was a bit taken aback by its size, but it’s fairly lightweight and not difficult to hold. I have small hands. The air velocity coming out was pretty low, even at the higher speed, so I used my regular hair dryer to get the styling process started more quickly. Because of that, I don’t think I would take this on a trip unless it was a road trip where I can take more stuff with me. I liked the high speed/cool option because I’m always concerned about too much heat on my fine hair – but, after using the warmer settings the cool option remains fairly warm with residual heat. The bristles are great for gripping my hair and blowing more volume into it. Overall, this is a nice tool but I’m not sure it adds value for me. If you have trouble managing both a brush and dryer at the same time, this is a good option. Oh, and the cord is nice and long.

I think this is an okay hair styler but not as good as I had hoped.
First, rather than round, which it looks like in the pictures, it is semi flat, making “styling” difficult. If you are just wanting to blow dry your hair and straighten it, this is wonderful! Volumizing great! Regular styling, just so so.
The advantage this has is that you don’t have to have the dryer in one hand and a brush in the other. If it were round, I think it would be easier.
The temperature on the cool setting comes out warm not cool so basically you have warm, warmer, warmest (Cool, Low, High).
The dual voltage so you can travel is awesome and again because it is dryer and brush in one, it eliminates the need for packing anything extra.
I’d say it is worth a try if you go into it knowing the things I wrote about it above.

This round brush-style hair dryer works very well. There are 3 settings: 1 cool, 1 warm, and 1 much warmer. They each give a distinctly difference temperature and air force. The cool setting is actually has a little more strength than the high one, and I like that because the cool air doesn’t dry my hair as quickly as the hot air does (but it causes less damage).
The package includes a separately wrapped plug adapter that you can use to convert European voltage/currency to American, so this is good for overseas travel.
The only negative (and it’s not enough to take away any stars) is that the handle is a bit large, so it’s a little awkward for me to get a tight grip while I’m manipulating the dryer. Since this is just a personal preference, it’s not even worth considering, unless you have trouble grasping things tightly.
Question –
My family travels a LOT! We got to Europe several times a year from the US. My wife had a hair dryer brush that she used a lot, but it was only 110 voltage, so she couldn’t take it with us. I found this one and she LOVES it! It works great in the US and works totally fine in Europe with an adapter for the plug (not the voltage) that is included with the dryer in the box. She also loves the anti-frizz negative ion option.
Overall, she’s VERY happy with this and only wishes we found it sooner!

This is a basic hot air brush. It is meant to replace a hair dryer. I usually flip my hair upside down to dry to give it volume. This works about as well.
How much you get out of this hair styling tool will depend on your hair type. If you want it to smooth, this helps. If you want volume, it works about as well as a regular dryer. If you want curls, then this won’t replace hot rollers or a curling iron. If you need your hair straightened, it won’t replace a flat iron. If you want a bit of a flip on the ends of your hair (provided that your hair is properly undercut), then this will work.
Having the hair brush attached to the blowing air lets you free up your hands a bit. You don’t have to juggle both a hair dryer and a hair brush, as they are built together in this unit.

This brush is BIG! On the other hand, it is relatively lightweight and when you consider it can take the place of two tools (a hair dryer and a styling brush), so it is convenient.
It blows out a lot of air on the three heat settings: high (hot), low (warm), cool air. The cool air is actually still slightly warm, rather than cool. A lot of air comes out at all three settings, so it is easy to dry your hair quickly while styling it. I have thick, shoulder-length hair and I can dry it completely in about five minutes.
I think this tool works best for straightening and volumizing your hair. It’s too large to do any but very loose curls. You can also just use this as a hair dryer. The included European plug makes this versatile for overseas travel.
