I love the 3.5″ metal clips. They are perfect for holding curlers in place. They’re durable and strong with a slight curve to them. Great quality! I’m not as impressed with the non-creasing clips though. They work well but the plastic is a bit thin and therefore flexible. On some of the clips the plastic isn’t fully attached to the metal, and I’ve gotten a couple of these caught in my hair. I use them sparingly. The case they all came in is very compact and convenient. I’m amazed all 30 hair clips fit in this small case. Overall, the long metal clips are awesome and high quality, but the non-creasing clips are not well made. For the price, it’s a decent set.

As a guy, I do not know why we need so many of these, but my wife says we do. I guess they get lost. What I like about the all metal ones is that they are larger than many others, so they hold more hair and are better for thick, long hair (like my wife’s). The clips with the feather-style shape are good for not crimping my wife’s hair and also for protecting her sensitive skin. These look (to me) like they are made well and they have pretty strong springs – so these should last for quite some time.

This is a good set of hair clips. There are a total of 30 clips, a nice amount for the price of $9.99 at the time of this review. There are 20 plain silver clips and 10 smaller colored clips.
The silver clips are lightweight and are good for styling my hair, to section it off. The clips have a tight grip but are smooth and glide right out of my hair. My hair is a medium/fine texture and straight. The clips feel sturdy to me and are great for my at home use. I really like the small flat colored clips as those are cute to wear around the house when I need to get the hair off of my face. These come in pretty colors and are the type that don’t put creases in the hair.
The clips arrive in a convenient container … a nice plastic reusable box. It is small & compact, easy to store.
