After some initial skepticism, I found this ear cleaner to be safe and effective. It operates similarly to a water floss machine for teeth, with sufficient air pressure for normal cleaning. The design, nozzle connectivity, and construction are reliable. The unit includes a drain collection bucket, and most of the water drains into it when used properly. Charging via USB-C is convenient, and the instructions are straightforward. The 280ml water capacity is sufficient for cleaning both ears, and refilling the tank is easy. While there’s a slight learning curve for using in proper angle and selecting the right pressure or operation mode, overall, it’s a good tool for DIY ear cleaning

If you put it next to my water pick they are almost identical. Good to clean your ears especially if they are sensitive like mine. Read your directions carefully and be care you don’t hit that on button when it’s pointed at you. Yep sprayed my face, the wall, in the air. Anyway it works great and the charge lasts for days.

Q-tips are great, but not actually recommended for cleaning ears because they’re small and could do damage. That’s where the Water Powered Ear Wax Removal Kit comes in handy. The ear nozzles prevent it from going in too far, and the adjustable pressure allows you to customize the water pressure into your ear. I’d definitely recommend new users start with the lowest pressure.
The cleaner is solidly built. It holds sufficient water for several cleanings, although you might want to clean and dry it after each use so that you have fresh water each time. It’s easy for adults to hold and manipulate.

At first I wasn’t sure about this device. It sounded strange but I decided to give it a try. I find that after I use it my ears just feel better. I hang my head in the shower and turn it on. It sprays into my ear and cleans out it. I doubted the product but have to say that I am glad that I got it. Worth the price.
