I disliked that it did not remove the brassiness from my hair on the first shampoo like it is advertised to do.

Only used both the shampoo and conditioner once. It dries the hair quite a bit. Didn’t like the way it felt after drying. Does a good job at managing the brassiness. Will hv to give it a second try to see if my opinion changes. Right now, wouldn’t buy again.

My hairdresser used this product on my hair after my last treatment and WOW, I could really see the difference. I will use this product sparingly, however, because it is quite costly, in my opinion. I ordered the prepared shampoo – I thought it would be larger for $65 ! Conditioner is in a much smaller plastic jar- AND , you have to leave it on for 10 minutes, so it’s not practical for a “quick shampoo and condition”. Then next time I order this, I may look into buying the powder to see if I get more washes.
