I haven’t used an electric for 20 years – I prefer blade. But I thought this would be handy for those times on the road where I can whip this out and get a quick shave, rather than lathering up and using a blade. But I found this harsh on my skin. I had to go over one spot several times to get a clean shave, but all that repeating took extra time and heated up my face. Simply not for me. Having said that, there is a lot to like about this if it works for you. The size is great – very compact. The USB C recharging feature is also a good feature. It just didn’t deliver the quick shave I was looking for.

This shaver is not only the cutest little thing ever but it works fabulously. Let’s break it down to the four F’s. Form, Function, Fashion and Finance.
Form: It’s very compact, easy to hold and easy to turn on and off. The battery indicator is super easy to read and gives you real time information constantly. The head is magnetized, so when you clean it, it just pops right back on, and it stays on. And one thing that was not in the description when I bought it, was the hidden mirror! It’s under the cap. So clever and so useful. In addition, the case that came with it is awesome. It’s a semi-hard case with a zipper and a wrist lanyard. I think it’s so good, it could save the shaver even at about a 6 foot drop or more.
Function: It shaves like a champ. The heads are very smooth. It has not yanked one whisker yet or taken any skin. It’s small enough to get under the nose but big enough to get the whole job done quickly. It also shaves very close without having to do too many passes.
Fashion: The shell is made of this beautiful shiny gray metal, smooth and expensive looking. The head is a very nice orange. Which I love because nearly everything out there made for men is blue or just boring black. And the case is not only highly useful, it’s good looking.
Finance: I got it for $43 with a coupon. I think that’s a deal!! I can’t afford those 100 dollar units and I was getting frustrated with the reviews on the cheaper units. So I took a chance, like I do, and let it’s fashionable appearance sway me. So glad I did. It seriously feels like a 100 dollar shaver.
Overall, this little shaver is a WINNER.
