I love this product. I was introduced to this line on a cruise years ago. This product actually works in soothing muscles and releasing tension. When I am sore or tensed I soak in tub with this Elemis product. It doesn’t make mention of sleep attributes, but I have insomnia and when I use this for my sore muscles after I dry off I usually fall asleep without much difficulty. If the price point was lower, I would purchase and use this product more often.

I use this a few times, it’s ok but I really can’t tell because I didn’t use it much. Plus the smell is not good to me either. So I just used it to clean my dog, lol. I really don’t like the smell and if you pour 2 caps into the your whirlpool and have the jets high, look for bubbles to come out of the tub too, overflowing bubbles onto the floor. I say just add 1 cap full and you should be alright. Yet I will not buy another one of this brand. Sorry to say.

I am a nurse and I also rehab houses so I really work my muscles and my body hard. I discovered this product on a cruise and have been using it ever since. A couple of capfuls in my bath water and it is so relaxing I can’t tell you how good it feels to my back, my shoulders, my knees I feel an obvious difference. I paid $80 for this on the cruise so this is a bargain at 60+.

I have chronic paining have had a number of injuries in my life and look forward to a soothing bath. While all baths are soothing, none of the other products I’ve used seem to do anything other than make me smell nicer. This one actually works! It reminds me of going to the hot springs in northwest Montana!
