This is the best straightener I’ve ever owned!!! For every imaginable reason it’s amazing. Works fast, works well. Hair is damage free. Feels comfortable in your hand. Heats up super fast and cut my straightening time from abt 20-25 minutes to 6 to do my whole head ( and I have thick, course hair naturally). Wished I had this product long ago. I’ve used some of the best and sometimes expensive and well rated straighteners but NOTHING compares to this one. I’m beyond happy to have taken a chance on this one. Price was very reasonable for such a high end product.

I purchased the hair straightener (Infared). Out the box this product worked great. I have kinky, curly 4b/c hair the straightener left my hair silky smooth and added shine. The straightener heats up really fast and it really hot I had to turn it down the temp.
After I received my product I got a notice from customer service and she was amazing with answering all my questions even providing me with a warranty on the product. Great value for your money.

This is a great hair straightener! From the speed of getting up to heat (digital display is so easy to read) to the width of the iron. Its wider that most and you can get through your hair fast. The infrared feature cures the frizzies too. I love this tool!

I purchased this in conjunction with the Ella Bella blow dryer, as both of my previous devices were in desperate need of replacement. Please see my review for the blow dryer as well. The quality of this iron is superior and well made. It has an awesome range of temperature and features infra-red technology which I have found for my fine hair is quite therapeutic. The iron heats up in record time and features, larger, wider plates, making straightening quick and easy. This excellent product is a steal for the price when compared to other high quality irons. It is a little heavier than some and this took a little getting use to and the wider plates make it a little more challenging to create waves or curls if you like to use your straightener for that. However, I am still a huge fan, I feel the health of my hair ihas improved since using both the blow dryer and this straightener. I have much less breakage as straightener plates slide easily through hair and do not snag. You don’t have to grip the plates tightly either to produce desired smoothness, thus reducing hair shaft exposure to the heat. Ella Bella is definitely a small business to be reckoned with!

My Girlfriend loves it. Don’t have to wait long at all for it to heat up. No frizz at all and makes hair very shiny. Very durable. She loves the multiple heat settings available. This flat iron is amazing! It heats up quickly. It straightened my hair in one pass, leaving my hair soft and silky. This iron comes with a protective glove. Customer service is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this flat iron!
