I first purchased the sunscreen at my doctors office and I’ve been using it for years when I saw it on Amazon I thought how convenient now I can order it through Amazon. this is a great quality tinted moisturizer. It is great for on the go when you want some cover, but not too much and especially from the sun. It has great ingredients and especially protects you from those sunscreens. We don’t want sunscreen is always protection and should always be the first thing you put on your face.

Being an aging redhead I have had to up my skin care game. I’ve tried a phlethora of facial tinted spf moisturizers. Finally I invested a bit more, you’ve only one face, and VIOLA! This is by far the best! A little goes a long way. I walk 2 miles every morning here in Florida, with a hat, but reflective sun does a number just like time spent in the pool or at the beach and this doesn’t make me sweat doesn’t run into my eyes, or come off onto my collar.
I’ve also noticed that my skin dryness and dullness has improved. This is the only change to my facial routine so I attribute the improvement to this.

I like the consistency of the creme. It pumps out onto your finger and you can easily apply it. It does an OK job at blending my facial blemishes. For more serious facial dark spots, you’ll still need to use some additional coverup. I typically use SkinMedica Essential Defense Mineral Shield Broad Spectrum, which is my benchmark for top quality. I chose EltaMD because of the price and it was covered by my HRA/HSA account. I also tried the Neutrogena Purescreen+ Tinted Sunscreen and it was not as good as Elta. Ya it’s cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I have been using this product pretty consistently for YEARS. I have strayed a handful of times to try other facial sunscreen products but always realize my mistake and come running back. This product is EXCELLENCE! I feel it is one of Elta’s staple products so I don’t see it going anywhere any time soon.
For reference, I am 35, have very dry, sensitive skin and melasma. This has been recommended by every one of my dermatologists as a necessity to battle my melasma as it blocks UV and visible light waves.
I have never been a huge fan of tinted moisturizer outside of this product as it ends up staining my clothes and I can’t stand the feeling in my hands while applying it to my face. That has never been a problem with Elta MDs formulas. I will continue to be a customer for years to come or until they cut me off (I tend to bulk order).

I bought this roughly a couple months back just on a whim from tiktok reviews and my own research from trying to find a good overall sunscreen for my face. I worry about my beauty marks and skin cancer as my family all struggles with it. I thought, whats the harm in trying this one once. If it ain’t work then I can always go back to a regular brand no tint. Used it a couple times and noticed it gave me a dewy look like I was wearing a natural foundation. Dried after a couple minutes and settled into my skin. After a couple weeks, I noticed my face just looked better and sun marks were receding. I try to remind myself to put some on in the mornings before going out…but old habits. But, I have consistently gone back after a short week and reached back in for this tried and true formula. My sun spots always go back and I feel better mentally that I’m avidly helping fight skin cancer. It also helps just give an overall dewy look. I actually was running late for my reception and didn’t have time for a full face of makeup so I slapped a primer on and this tinted sunscreen. My photos look so good and dewy. I look natural face but in a good way. My beauty marks and sun spots weren’t noticeable. I will say, I wish it was a bit more sweat proof. As I love going to the gym and sweat will make it run off. But, I can always just carry it with me and touch up in the car. Also it works great with makeup either as a light natural foundation or layering. My photos from my engagement pictures look great as I layer it with a foundation. Gave me a flawless finish and afterwards just helped my skin as I get a bit dry sometimes from normal foundation. I’m finally buying a new bottle after months. It goes along way if used wisely. So I don’t feel bad how much it is. Definitely worth it.

My favorite sunscreen! I’ve gone through around 5 bottles and haven’t found a better sunscreen. I have oily, acne prone, skin and it doesn’t break me out. The Elta Md tinted sunscreen has a glowy finish and doesn’t leave a white cast. The coverage is seamless, very sheer and light. My only complaint is that throughout the day it gives off an oily look.
