💙Like that it gently works over a couple weeks to a month. I highly recommend starting by using just a 3 to 4 ml dab of the cream for 2 weeks then gradually increase the size until you get your desired results. If it seems too strong just cut your dose in half.🤗👍 It has a plain smell.

Started using this after experiencing severe menopausal symptoms. It took me about 5 or 6 months to figure our the right dosage for me. Although I did receive some relief immediately, it wasn’t until I figured out the exact combination to use that I felt complete relief of my symptoms. I did have my saliva tested and had a dosage recommended to me. However, I continued to experience symptoms. I continued researching on the internet and tried increasing/decreasing and combining this with other supplements. Finally no more hot flashes, no more anxiety and definitely an increase of energy. I no longer feel like I need to take a nap in the afternoons. I would also say my brain fog is much better. Clearer thinking! This is certainly a product I do not ever want to be without. I use 1 packet a day (half of it in the morning and half of it in the evening). I am petite in size so I think the 1 packet twice a day was too much for me. I also find more relief by splitting up the dosage into morning and afternoon. Combined with DIM Plus and Calcium Glucarate as well as Smoky Mountain Estro-Life, I have found my magic formula!

I have been using this product on and off for years. I’m just not great at remembering to put it on every night. Plus you are supposed to vary the places you put it on, another problem. I just don’t pay enough attention. Wish it just went on one spot and daily, not twice daily.
I have too many other things to remember.

SO glad to have this product!! I think my lot may have had a slight quality control issue with the individual packets as the perforated tab doesn’t extend completely to access the cream so I have to cut it open – honestly would rather have that than have the cream in packets that split open on shipping! Not a big deal, merely an annoyance, and for the good product I’m getting, worth the extra two seconds to open. Thanks!

I use this regularly and love the convenience of a prefilled package. When I learned the manufacturer was discoing it I found this seller offering it. I dont usually buy from sellers other than the manufacturer on Amazon. To my surprise the seller answered my question asap and the product delivered sooner than the delivery date and I’m not a Prime member.
