Off the bat, I would like to say that I gave this four stars because of the way it was packaged. When I opened the box, it had exploded in the plastic bag, wasting the product, and there was duct tape covering the bottom of the bottle? Very strange. I ended up still using the product, based on how much I spent on it.
I was excited to use this product since I have extremely painful, red, hormonal cystic acne. I have been trying to switch to more organic face products so that I am putting fewer chemicals on my skin. I liked that the willow bark in this product acts as a natural salicylic acid. I liked that it does not foam, and cause more irritation. It is very gentle and makes my skin feel clean and fresh. Overall, I will continue to use this product, and perhaps buy another bottle (hopefully one that is packaged more nicely) because I like the concept of putting a natural probiotic cleanser on my damaged skin. Good bacteria is good for you!

I have purchased 3 times now. This is my favorite cleanser. I have sensitive and somewhat oily skin. Somewhat acne prone. Doesn’t irritate my skin. Has a light and pleasant smell. Will purchase again and again.

This face wash has changed my skin! not only is it for sensitive skin but it was one of the 1st products to help adult acne with out over drying. This company makes amazing products and has a range of wonderful cleansers. The only issue bing sometimes it is hard to tract down and might be more of a higher price point, however you get what you pay for!

I love, love, love this product. It really does what it says it will do and it really agrees with my skin. This is the first face wash I have purchased because of my overly sensitive skin and this choice was perfect. It really cleanses gently and clarifies as well as work on any acne that is on my skin or below the surface. All other cleansers that I have used caused allergic rashes that took days to go away. I had no reactions whatsoever with this product. I am so glad I that I found it, thanks to Organic Olivia on Youtube. She uses this product and I saw how amazing her skin looks and I decided to give it a try. Best decision!
The only negative is that on my repurchase recently some of the product spilled within the plastic packaging as the dispenser was on “open” instead of “close” so I had to deal with the spill after opening the plastic bag packaging but I will certainly keep buying this product as long as the formula remains the same and the results as well.

The place I go to for my facials recommended this product for, ahem, 40-ish skincare? The only thing is that their price tag was pretty high. I figured I’d check Amazon….(the first place I usually go to before I purchase anywhere else). Glad I did. Better priced, and I received it quickly. I love the way it makes my skin feel. Clean, soft, and not tight. Bonus: I liked the way it smells. I’ve tried a number of products specifically for anti-aging, with a dose of adult acne (what fun!). I was using Patricia Wexler’s products (Bath & Body Works) which worked for a few years but this year, it started leaving me with flaky skin patches that no moisturizer could correct. I switched to Murad which left me oily but still with those stubborn dry patches on my forehead and nose! A few days after using this cleanser, my dry flaky patches cleared up. I also noticed smaller pores and fewer acne flare-ups. I’ve been using it for over a month now, and so far so good. I’m about halfway finished with the bottle. As long as it still works for me, I’ll purchased it again.

I’ve been using this for almost two weeks and so far I love it. I have incredibly sensitive facial skin and have not been able to use any cleansers for a long time because everything I used made my face break out in hot and painful red splotches. I have acne and combination oily/dry skin so my acne gets worse without cleanser, but cleansers do the aforementioned splotching and really dry out my skin. A friend recommended this to me because she uses it for her sensitive skin and it is natural so I thought i would give it a go.
I am amazed that after such a short time I am already seeing a difference in my skin.
It has begun to feel smoother and it feels clean without excessive dryness (I do experience small dry patches, but nothing bothersome and they may stop in time). The smell of the product isn’t my favorite, but it isn’t unbearable and goes away once I wash my face of the cleanser and you don’t need much product so I estimate that one bottle will last me awhile. The greatest part for me is that I have not had any painful allergic reactions so I can keep using it.
I have spent hundreds on store products that did nothing for me but give me allergic reactions and now this $30 bottle is actually helping me. I am really happy with this and will be buying it a lot in the future.
If ordering from Amazon – know that it is cheaper, but it will take while to ship to you so be prepared to wait a few weeks
