So far, so good – No irritation to face or eyes – too early to tell if the product reduces puffiness and wrinkles but feels nice.

    A couple things to note:
    1. Did not slip off my face – The packaged was sealed and easy to open. With a pull of a tab, I was able to easily get to the strips. I used the handy little spatula to pull the strips out. I wiped off both sides of the strips (per instructions) and placed firmly on my face. I placed the protective cover back on and with an easy push (in the middle) the product resealed which will prevent it from drying out.
    2. Did not have any skin or eye irritation – I have sensitive skin and eyes and most retinol based products cause my eyes to burn and water. I did not experience any irritation with this product.
    3. I have placed the product in the fridge (not required) per other reviews saying that it makes your eyes feel extra refreshed in then morning.

I purchased these because they contain caffeine which is supposed to help with morning puffiness of the eyes.
I had placed them in the fridge for an added cooling effect and applied them using the included little plastic tongs.
I couldn’t quite figure out in which direction to apply the patches but ended up with the pointy side toward the temples. The patches are quite fragile and slippery and can be a bit hard to grasp with the little forceps but I managed to get them onto my face without ripping them.
Some reviews mentioned the patches sliding down on the face which could be the case as there is a lot of product on them. This can be avoided by removing some extra product prior to application by gently sliding the patches over the edge of the container. Or you could just lie down flat 🙂

They felt moisturizing but I did experience some stinging and discomfort. This could be due to the niacinamide so if you know you are sensitive to this ingredient you may want to pick a different product. I would have liked to be able to just pat in any residue like with my sheet masks (Hada Labo!) but I was afraid that would cause more irritation.

Overall I have not noticed any improvement but it’s still a nice self care ritual for days off and the cooling effect feels wonderful.

The product is very comfortable 100%. I keep my in the fridge and when it’s time to use it, it feels nice, cooling on my eyes, and moisturized. It’s very lightweight and lasts you a while for the price. However, the reason for the four stars is that they like to slip and slide like crazy. I have to lay on my bed for 15 minutes instead of using the time to be able to get ready for work. Overall satisfied with the product and a great result in the end.

These are great! Wife got them initially and suggested I try them. Fell in love pretty quickly. I enjoy using these in the morning to help wake up the under eye area and reduce the baggy/sagginess, especially after a late night. I find these to be very refreshing, cooling, and rejuvenating for my skin, without causing burning or irritation to my eyes. They help to tighten and moisturize the skin, and leaves my face feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I put on my moisturizer after these. I’ve used other creams for the eyes that make my eyes burn and water all day, and with these I have no such problems, which is really nice. They can be a little slippery at first, but I find after a few minutes and once the initial wetness has absorbed, they stick pretty well where I want them to. Overall, a great product and I highly recommend!

I use this product each week and am pleased with the results. They really do plump up the facial skin which lasts all day. They do easily slip during application but I’ve found that if you lightly moisten the skin with toner or micellar cleansing water, they will stay on more securely. Also leaves skin feeling much smoother.

Love these. They’re extremely saturated in the serum, and they come with little tweezers and a scoop to make sure it’s easy to pick up and apply, being that they’re so saturated. When they’re on, they feel super cooling and hydrating. I put mine on before bed , leave them on about 15 mins, then take off and massage in the serum. I’ve noticed a big difference in the hydration of my under eyes since using these. They stick well too, don’t fall off or slide down . Great quality.

    Worthless

I appreciate that this came with not just one “spatula,” but a set of tweezers, which I like. There is a generous amount of serum, which is effective. I like the way my dark circles look brighter, and the whole area looks tighter and less sunken. I don’t need as much concealer after using the product.
When using these, it helps to lie down for a while and let the serum work. If I put them on and try to do something else, they slide down my face. This is not unusual for this type of product, and it is actually good that there is such a good amount of serum coating each patch. I am quite satisfied.

I bought these to help reduce the dark circles and the puffiness under my eyes. After the first use, I noticed the puffiness was lessened as were the dark circles. I continue to use them 3 times per week and I am thrilled with the results! I am glad they included a spatula, because you will need it. They are very slippery, but if you follow the directions and scrape off some of the excess on the top of the jar, you should have no problem keeping them in place. I will be back for more!
