Its a wee bit sticky upon application, so if you wanted to use this as a primer for a lip stain or lip color it would work well. As a moisturizing balm, it falls short in my opinion. Small pet peeve – the balm doesn’t twist back into the tube once youve applied the balm as needed and are ready to put the cap on the tube. You have to push it down with your finger.

The tube would not roll up, twisting does nothing since it’s somehow broken, so I couldn’t even use it. I just wasted my money because I’d have to scoop it out of the tube to use it, kinda defeating the purpose.

I enjoy the flavor and scent of this lip balm. It’s reminiscent of being on the beach. The tube itself is ergonomically designed and looks sleek as well. It glides on my lips easily and feels great. My only complaint (and reason for only 4 stars) is that it just doesn’t last long at all. My lips start to feel dry mere minutes later.
I don’t expect too much of SPF lip balm generally because they’re usually hard or leave your lips white. This brand is much softer, easy to use, and doesn’t leave any white residue. I just wish it lasted longer.
