I love to hop in a bath full of epson salt after a run. It works just as well as stretching for me and has the bonus of being super relaxing.

I’ve used Epsom Salts for many things…tub soak for achy muscles and a life saver for the yard and all plants. I try to keep a big bag like this on hand and toss it anywhere that might need nourishment outside. I try to plan it just ahead of a rain so it gets soaked in nicely. Since I can’t do any harm by using it, how much or how often I choose to treat the property doesn’t matter!

This is a good product, but half of my orders arrive as a bag of large lumps, so I have to keep a small hammer at the tub to smash the lumps and get them out of the bag. Buying in smaller bags may be better for some.

Pricy but good.HOLD ON TO HATS FOLKS,,through lots of reading RACOONS do not like the the scent of Epson salts it bothers there sinuses and they won’t destroy your lawn looking for GRUBS,and will leave your yard alone I have used it convenst it works.Also it won’t hurt your grass it likes it magnesium sulphate.EPSOAK works best it’s 100% pure.CHEERS.
