La crema es excelente. La uso desde hace mas de 20 años. Es la mejor. Últimamente la compro en amazon desde hace 4 años. Esta ultima compra la mande a una dirección alterna donde iba a estar unos dias y me cambiaron la fecha de entrega dos veces. La primera el repartidor inventó que a solicitud mia. La segunda simplemente no dio el motivo. Terminé cancelando la compra con una llamada muy sentida en atención a clientes y sorpresivamente al día siguiente si llegó y hasta el repartidor tuvo la atención de marcarme antes de entregar para avisar que vendría. Que mal que tenga que ser así y que echen a perder la experiencia de compra que siempre ha caracterizado a amazon por falta de control a los repartidores que hacen lo que les pega en gana.

Many (MANY) years ago, a dermatologist told me I needed only three things to slow aging in my face: sunscreen, Retin A Tretonin cream, and Eucerin. I started using the big tub of Eucerin right then, and would never be without it. It is truly wonderful – thick, creamy, NO scent, NO irritation. Ever. I have dry skin and have tried Creme de Le Mer ($200 for a tiny jar) and while it is very rich, and has a lovely refreshing and calming effect on skin, I couldn’t justify the enormous cost because I need a lot of moisture!! I now use the little used Le Mer jars to keep in my purse filled with Eucerin instead. The only drawback to Eucerin is the consistency – dense and bulky. Easiest to dot it all over your face and then rub in gently. I wouldn’t recommend it for whole body , since would take forever to spread all over, but for face – a winner for sure.

I have used Eucerine for almost 4 decades. It was given to my late father-in-law, at Dartmouth Medical (NH), way back then. He had raging psoriasis. They couldn’t fins a cause, after a full week of tests, but the Eucerine helped some. He went home with a suggestion that he quit drinking. He loved his whiskey, but when he quit, the psoriasis cleared up completely! My husband’s friend had a hobby of deep sea fishing. He had cracks deep in his hands. The blood was visible. (Very dangerous!). Eucerine healed those cracks completely, in a week. I had a fiancé (after marriage), whose heels had cracks as dangerously deep as the fisherman. He covered his heels with a thick coat of Eucerine and wore plastic bags to keep the moisture in. One week an he was good as new. A friend who was about 15 years older than me had a chronic itch on the skin of her back. I tried to introduce her to Eucerine. But she didn’t like the greasy feeling Ter she rubbed it in. This is the number 1 complaint I hear, when I introduce this magical healing creme to friends. And I can swear on my very life that the greasy feeling is gone in ten minutes, BUT THE MOISTURE STAYS AND HEALS CRACKS AND. FLAKING. THEY WON’T LISTEN. But one day, I came home to find my elder housemate bopping around the living room in agony. She begged me to help her make her back stop itching! And babbled and bounced around, until I got the Eucerine and applied it generously. Almost instantly, she felt relief. I gave her my jar for the night. The next day, she bought her own jar! For my feet, it clears up cracks and flakes and leaves my feet looking very youthful. I also use it on my face. For years, people thought I was 10 or more years younger than I was. The desert sun has caught up with me now, but I always look younger, after I apply the Eucerine. I have tried other Eucerine preparations. Only the ORIGINAL HEALING CRÈME for VERY DRY, SENSITIVE SKIN, works for me. And for most toiletries, nd OTC meds, generics are fine, but not Eucerine. The generic doesn’t even come close. I stock up, when it’s on sale. It lasts for years!

Both my kids have severe eczema and their skins are very dry. I’ve tried just about all kinds of common and uncommon remedies, weak to extremely strong topical steroids and none of them worked on my daughter who I had the most difficulties with in terms of her skin. Before she turned one, we had to rush her to the ER at least once every two, three weeks because she would very often break out in hives and rash up and ooze and bleed from head to toe. Most pediatricians would recommend Aquaphor which I’d tried on my daughter. It helped with the dryness of her skin for about the first 3 weeks and then I started noticing little skin-tag like bumps around the back of her neck and then eventually her chest. I figured it was probably blocking her pores. And because Aquaphor doesn’t necessarily moisturize the skin but mainly seals in moisture; so if my daughter’s skin doesn’t have any moisture on it, like right after a shower and before drying her up with a towel, then applying Aquaphor wouldn’t do much on a very dry skin person. And more so you’d feel a bit greasy on your skin. Eucerin, on the other hand, moisturizes and seals in moisture on the skin. For my kids’ super dry skins, lotions including Eucerin lotions are too runny and would evaporate within minutes. So, so far this product has been a daily routine application on my kids right after a bath/shower and even before they enter a swimming pool as a barrier from the chlorine. In addition, I still find it helpful by lotioning them up RIGHT after shower because this way, it gives my kids’ skins extra moisture for a longer period of time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because for as much as my kids use (about one tub every two to three weeks!!!), this is a little pricier than I wish it was.
P.S. For people with eczema or moms who are looking for ways to reduce the severity of their kids’ eczema, I personally think the Eucerin creme alone won’t do the trick. For my kids at least, they’re taking Chinese herbal medicine and using Chinese herbal ointment locally to help with the itchiness. And on top of that, we’ve come a LONG way finding the right kind of diet. For my kids, less chicken/poultry, washing all the fruit and veggies with fruit and vegetable wash, buying organic produce or at least all the root vegetables, and good quality beef and really avoid any food dyes and colorings are all important factors in their skin health.
