This Shea butter works for any dry spots that you have on your body. I use it regularly on my cuticles and in doing so it keeps my nails strong too. I will often use it on any other dry spots that appear on my body as well. There is no fragrance, so no allergic reactions or smells that I have to deal with. I’m very happy with this product.

I use 100% pure shea butter mostly as a healing ointment and not as an everyday moisturizer. The packaging for this item is very small and compact making it really easy to store and or use as a travel item. While it is not listed as a moisturizer for lips, I used this product with manuka honey to heal an open wound severe lip abrasion. The swelling and healing time of the abrasion was extremely efficient and effective. Note: I am not claiming medical expertise but rather how I used the product to address and personal physical compromise using natural healing products and techniques. This is a great product and works well.

1. Comes with sticky label, which leaves the tin very sticky.
2. Obviously the shea butter melted at one point, but the seal says that’s okay.
3. After peeling off the seal, the smell is that of a stinky grapefruit-adjacent scent. It is unpleasant.
4. Applied on my feet (since the Shea butter is stinky, but expensive & NOT RETURNABLE), and noticed it has a smooth texture. It seems fairly moisturizing.
5. I’m glad I purchased the smaller size, because I don’t like the scent and will not be repurchasing.

Great product. I love the product and its smells great. But it’s very small, I want to complain about the price for the size but the actual product is quality so I get it. I turned around and ordered the 12oz container. I normally use natural shea butter anyway as my “lotion” and I don’t particularly like the plain smell of shea butter so the hint of lavender in this is great. I definitely recommend especially if you use shea butter on the daily like myself.

I love Eugenia shea butters and find that the shea butter is easier to apply in the warmer months than in the winter. however, winter is when I need it the most. It’s is light enough to layer under other moisturizers but good enough to use by itself. I find the quality of the shea butter to be amazing and my skin really absorbs it. The down side is that it can be oily so it’s best not to use when you’re getting ready to go out and I wish I could get bigger sizes at a better value.

This is the best product I’ve discovered in ages. It truly melts into your skin like butter. The only way this would be better is if they created a chapstick form of this product for eat every day carry. I’d use it even more than I do now!
