I’ve gotten used to using unscented and or naturally scented products for a few years now. I decided to try these out to see if they were good products, and they are. They just have a very heavy scent to me.

I’ve used some Every Man Jack products before with mixed results but this grooming kit is awesome.
The scent is one of the better ones I’ve ever found. A lot of times you get something that is bourbon scented and it’s really not, but this comes very close. It’s a subtle scent that doesn’t overpower or overwhelm anything but it’s very good.
The beard and facewash works well, it’s quite thick and you don’t need to use a ton of it even with a longer beard. It lathers up well.
The beard oil is great as well. It comes in a glass bottle with a pump top that hasn’t clogged or anything when I’ve used it. The oil isn’t too greasy and gives your beard a nice shine and a mild scent.
The face lotion works well also. It isn’t greasy and doesn’t leave your pores clogged or your face feeling heavy.
The kit also comes with a beard comb that works pretty well. The fine tooth side is very fine so I use the wider side and it helps keep my bread from tangling.
