I love the smell of it, but it seems a little bit drying. The conditioner pretty much takes care of that part, but if I use it without the conditioner it leaves my hair a little dry. It does leave me with way more volume, but only half as much volume if I have to use the conditioner.

I have been using Fakkai for years and just love it. It easily cleans the hair with one washing or shampooing and builds body into the hair without using conditioners.

I was skeptical but I thought worst comes to worst, it’s a shampoo that will at least clean my hair. However, it actually seems to add volume. I didn’t expect nor did I get miracles but I do notice a volumizing effect. I did not get the conditioner but I just ordered it. It is pricey but you don’t need much for a good cleanse. It has a pleasant scent that is subtle. I typicall wash and use either a spray on or a regular conditioner, then a soft volumizing mousse, and let air dry while scrunching periodically. When It dries and I brush out, my hair looks fuller. I will see if the conditioner adds to the effect but either way, not a waste of money.

I have fine thin hair and am always looking for shampoos that will give me lift and volume. This did not work for me. My hair felt limp and did not look as fresh as other shampoos I have tried. It was not worth the money.

I have very fine, thin hair with a history of dandruff problems and am always searching for a shampoo that can give it a bit of life and fix my scalp. I had been using “free from” shampoos, but after awhile I got desperate and just wanted something that would give my flat, sad post-partum hair some life and lift. I stumbled upon the new Fekkai line and totally fell in love with it before realizing that not only is the line free from all the paraben and sulfate yuckies, but the packaging was sustainable as well!
Performance: This is the only shampoo I’ve found that doesn’t leave build-up, makes my hair totally flake free, and gives it a volume boost. It lathers beautifully, unlike a lot of free-from shampoos. I used to have to wash my hair every day to every other day because of how greasy it would get, but with this I can go 5+ days without a wash and it still feels great!
Moisture: I did feel that the volume conditioner left a bit wanting in terms of moisture, so I’ve paired the volume shampoo with the Brilliant Gloss Conditioner. That seems to be the perfect combo! I also started using the Brilliant Gloss balm when I use heat tools on my hair, and it’s working like a charm.
Scent: I personally love the scents of both Full Blown Volume and the Brilliant Gloss. I’ve seen a few reviews where other people didn’t like it, but I suppose everyone has different preferences. The scents are subtle and not overpowering.
I plan to make this my go-to hair care line and couldn’t be more thrilled!

I love this shampoo. It prevents hair loss, at least for me, it helped me in so many way. My first purchase was at a store 250ml for $12.99. First photo showing is 250ml, so I ordered 2, only to be disappointed that bottles are 60ml for, each $15.99. I won’t purchase here, I’ll look for this shampoo somewhere else! First photo should show 60ml and not 250ml so customers aren’t surprised when they get their package.
