My biracial baby has a varying curl patterns and textures and this small brush tackles it all + detangles easily. I always spray her hair down until it’s damp first and occasionally use a detangling spray, and for the most part this brush glides through nicely and resets her curls. She loves the brush and the purple sparkles. Brush is very light and gets the job done quickly.

Do not buy this. Nearly $30 for a piece of plastic is robbery. I ordered mine and didn’t realize until it showed up that it wasn’t even a full size brush. Returned.

I have a very hard time detangling my hair, as the strands are incredibly fine and my hair is naturally wavy. I get “fairy knots” all the time. The Unbrush is the EASIEST BRUSH I HAVE EVER USED. This is actually my second one I’ve gotten because I loved it so much. I don’t know what kind of wizardry they put into this thing, but this WORKS. If it works on my hair it will work on yours. It’s easy to clean, it seems decently durable, and is genuinely worth the price. I think this is my favorite hairbrush I have ever bought in my life, and I’ve owned a LOT of hairbrushes. The mini one works just as good as the original.

I purchased the mini version and I loved how it detangled my hair! I have thick wavey/curly hair that knots up bad and I’ve never found a brush that would help without ripping all my hair out. This brush is it. However it just snapped after one month of having it. I didn’t step on it or use it roughly. It just snapped. I’ll try buying the bigger version and hopefully have better results. I loved the brush just maybe the mini was too small for my thick hair for daily use?

I have the original UNBrush and it’s good, could be better. Up until a week ago I had hair past my butt and it def helped untangle it more in the lengths. Last Friday I chopped my hair just past my shoulders and decided to get the mini UNBrush for my purse/car. Strangely I feel like it brushes better than the original. It gets thru my thick hair easier, especially at the scalp. I immediately ordered another mini as a backup in case the first one breaks, in the color periwinkle. I’m def a fan.

I like it so far, but it didn’t do a good job detangling my soft hair in the back. It didn’t pull (or at least I didn’t feel it pulling hair) I gave 4 stars because it overall did a great job detangling but I will adjust the rating after I use it on my son’s hair because he had THICK, LONG, 4C hair. I hate doing his hair with a passion ESPECIALLY detangling. If this brush can taken even half of the hate away I will give it 5 stars and RECOMMEND IT.

Works okay. Was hoping for something sturdier. Rather soft. I was looking for something sturdier to get knots out. However, I have thick hair so maybe it would work for thinner hair.
