I’ve been taking these for a long while, while also wearing a bonnet at night, with hair oil on my ends. It has finally paid off. My hair is longer than it’s been in years. Don’t take it for a month expecting super long locks. There is no miracle pill that will make that happen, but if you’re consistent and patient, you will see results in time. I got confused with the dosage because my previous purchase dosage was 2 tab/day with 60 tabs in the container. This one says 1/day instead

The two photos on the left were from today, the one photo on the right was from a month ago. I used these pills and the spray. Any hair growth is a win to me, trying another month.

I am at the end of month two and haven’t seen any results at all. Haven’t noticed any new growth, or slowing down of any hair loss either. Will be trying for 6 months before cutting my losses. Will come back in another two months to update. 9/21/24
