I don’t know what has happened to flawless products but this and the new 3rd generation hair remover suck. The original and 2nd generation were fine worked well . These new ones don’t work well pulls at my skin leaves red marks! And do not remove hair as close as the older ones…

I have a single head Flawless Finishing Touch hair remover, but it doesn’t remove hair nearly as well as this one does. Think the duo-head gives it greater area coverage and seems to have more power than the single head. I’m very pleased with this product.
