Because of the short contact time, this product alone probably isn’t enough to manage KP. However, as an additional to an AHA lotion routine, this is a fantastic supplement. It’s crazy to me how gritty this feels despite how fine the grit is. It really puts in the work.
You don’t need nearly as much as you would need of a normal body scrub. An almond size amount is enough for most of an entire leg for me.
Knowing how well AHA + physical exfoliation works for KP, there’s no doubt that this helps. I have very stubborn KP in a couple of areas that don’t always respond to lotion. I’m hopeful that this gives it the extra boost it needs.
My one complaint with this is the price. I wish it were $5-$10 cheaper. I think if that change could be made, no one would complain.

I liked First Aid Beauty – KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub more than I thought I would, it also works better than I imagined. After the first use, I saw an immediate improvement. Not only did my razor glide across my skin more smoothly, I also had less nicks and a cleaner shave. My skin felt smoother after using the scrub, and the appearance of strawberry legs, greatly improved. I like the texture and consistency, as it’s appears to be a thick body cream at first, but as your rub it on your skin, you feel fine grains that thoroughly exfoliate the skin, and remove dead skin cells, improving the overall look and feel. It’s has a pleasant subtle scent and is gentle enough for sensitive skin. Overall, a great scrub that also helps to prevent razor burn and bumps.

This is good at exfoliating without being too harsh, you don’t need much to get your legs– I was a little worried it would take a lot, but a couple palmfuls are enough for my chunky legs. It seems to work pretty well, softens the skin though didn’t “erase” on the first go I’d say there was definite improvement the first time I used it. Has a light scent, but didn’t cause any dryness or irritation. I do find the strawberry scent a little amusing considering you’re trying to get rid of the strawberry legs, but then this product smells like strawberry.

I’ve had Keratosis Pilaris for a few years now and I have to say that it makes me a little self-conscious. I’ve tried almost everything to kind of reduce it or manage the bumps and honestly little to few things have worked but I can honestly say that after one use of this first aid beauty bump eraser, I noticed a difference. I have the worst of KP on my arms and after I use this product once in the shower, I noticed that the KP on my arms felt noticeably softer and the appearance already looked reduced. This is a great lifesaver and I definitely feel like it helped me to feel more confident because it reduces the appearance of my KP. Very happy with this product.

My early reaction to First Aid Beauty – KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub is that is really does seem to have slightly helped reduce the KP on my upper arms after only two uses! I believe it will continue to help, and that the AHA will begin to play a part in continued exfoliation and control of these nuisance bumps.

First Aid Beauty is a widely known, reputable cosmetic company that I trust. I had no idea that it was possible to find a scrub that would actually work for KP, because I’ve tried many body scrubs that haven’t done a thing for it. I am not surprised that with its emphasis on remedying unwanted skin issues, First Aid Beauty found a way to deal with KP.

I am applying the scrub with a facial exfoliating mitt for increased buffing action. Since the mitt is actually gentle, this is more for convenience and evenness of application. I buff for just one minute, and there is no damage whatsoever to my skin, no redness or irritation that might have been expected. The texture is very thick, hard to squeeze out of the tube, and very dense with granules. These are not criticisms, but I wonder if it would make more sense to put it in a jar like many body scrubs come in for easier dispensing.

I took away one star for two reasons. One, the advertised strawberry scent is 100% nonexistent. Two, I haven’t experienced total reversal of KP yet, but will update if/when I do.

This product does a great job of exfoliating and leaving your skin feeling soft. However it does not minimize the appearance of strawberry legs or skin discoloration as advertisements claim. A bit overrated and overpriced.

This arrived right before I took my shower, so I thought why not try it tonight? I liked the way it exfoliated my entire body minus my face and neck area, It did not leave my skin dry and I only needed a very small amount for each section of my body. It rinsed off well and left my skin feeling nice and soft. Of course, I immediately applied my after-shower lotion. I also like the fresh strawberry scent in this First Aid Exfoliator. It is on the pricey side but all I need is a small amount so it should last quite a while. I am a huge fan of First Aid skincare products, always vegan and cruelty-free!

I used the First Aid Beauty scrub in the shower, massaging it onto my skin in circular motions before rinsing with warm water. The pumice buffing beads effectively removed dead skin cells, leaving my skin feeling smooth and soft.

    Pros:
    Gentle yet effective exfoliation
    Safe for sensitive skin
    Chemical and physical ingredients
    Strawberry scent

    Cons:
    Price
