Glides on and stays on. Bottle is small for the price but worth it.

  2. Mandy Maive

This product is definitely lightweight and sheer but failed as an actual sunblock for me so I’ll stick with the thicker stuff to protect my face from the sun

I’m very fair and I use sunscreen every day and I’m always on the hunt for something better. This was recommended by a blogger and I tried it and really loved it. It is sheer and lightweight I find sometimes tinted sunscreen gets cakey looking but this stays nice and natural. Also much more affordable than the Skin Ceuticals sunscreen I was using.

I have been using it since last year and I can’t stop. Super lightweight and the finishing on my skin is flawless. You can even use this as your go to make up foundation. Delivers every single time. Highly recommend girls!

I love this. The tinting works for my very pale skin as well as my mother’s much tanner skin. A little goes a long way. Unlike other mineral sunscreens, I don’t need to scrub my skin raw to remove, just need to double cleanse with oil based cleanser and regular cleanser (I had to do this twice but still so much easier than other sunscreens). My only complaint is that it takes a while to dry and is very expensive.

Feels very light, but works great.

I use this sunscreen on my arms and legs as well. I love the blendable coverage.

This is a thin liquid sunscreen, and it was actually difficult to get the required 1/4 teaspoon’s worth of product on my face, since it’s so runny. To get enough applied to get the SPF on the package, you end up with a gooey shiny mess (until it dries). It leaves a dewy, almost shiny, finish and it takes a while to dry back and feel set. Even after it dries, it leaves a slight shine, so if you prefer a matte or skin-like finish, this isn’t for you.

The tint helps it not leave a white cast, but if the tint doesn’t match your skin tone, it can appear pretty orange. I think if your skin tone is more medium to dark it would more likely disappear, but if you have a pale or light skin tone, it is quite likely to show and be hard to really work in.

I have sensitive skin, and typically I can wear mineral sunscreen without problem, but for some reason, I had a very bad allergic reaction to this product. I stung a bit as I put it on, and within an hour all of the skin I had applied it to was bright red, hot, and itchy. Even after I thoroughly removed it, I had welts on my skin into the next day. This is possibly not a problem with the product, but I thought I’d mention it, since in case you have rosacea or sensitive skin, you might want to try it for the first time on a day you don’t care if you end up with a reaction.

Overall, I can see this being a great sunscreen for a person who is not sensitive, has a medium or olive skin tone, and likes a glowy finish. It’s not for me, but I can see that it might really work for some people.
