Okay, I love these. They are cooling, hydrating, and have retinol, which is great. My lines are improving for sure. They slip a tiny bit in the first 10-15 minutes, but after that, they stay perfectly! However, I felt compelled to leave a review to make people aware that these are not like Frownies. I was looking for a less-mess Frownies alternative and when I came across these, I was excited. However, the AI in the reviews said the product description says you can sleep in them. But, all over the box it says only wear up to two hours. So I’d been doing that, BUT I accidentally fell asleep in one last night and ended up with a red spot on my forehead in the shape of the patch lol. It doesn’t hurt or itch or anything, but as with all retinol products, start slow, use with care. Second, they don’t prevent expressions like Frownies. You can still move your face under the patch and you won’t get as intense of immediate line smoothing as with Frownies. Anyway, just needed to give that PSA. Both are great products. (:

I use the Forehead Wrinkle Patches anytime I have them on hand! I add them to my 10 minute silent walk every morning as part of my morning ritual. 🙂 I love the cooling sensation I feel on my skin. It helps with any inflammation I have when I wake up in the morning. (Working on nasal breathing / mouth tape for that). 🙂 I highly recommend this product if you’re looking to maintain healthy skin. It’s like the Hawt Tomboy is coming to life anyone I wear one. 🙂 <3
