I recently found out I have wavy hair (2b) and have slowly been incorporating products into my hair routine to help enhance my hair’s waves. I’ve straightened my hair pretty much on a daily basis for over a decade, so my hair has some heat damage that needs repairing. I bought this product with the intention to use it once a week, on the same day I use clarifying shampoo, as a hair mask to help fix the heat damage. I tested it out a couple days ago with a different shampoo because I was curious to see if it would help my hair… and I was blown away by the results! I basically just used it like I would a normal conditioner, leaving it in for a couple minutes and then rinsing it out, and it completely transformed how my waves looked after diffusing them! For some reason, the waves on the right side of my head had not been as defined as the waves on the left side in the past, but after using this product just once, the right side is seeing so much more definition, less frizz, and it’s the softest it’s ever been! I still intend to start out using this product once a week, but I may end up upping the usage to twice a week because of how much I loved the results the first time. The only thing I don’t love about this is the scent, but I’m willing to overlook it for these results!

A great hair mask. Perfectly moisturizes, nourishes and gives smoothness and shine to hair. It also has a pleasant smell . Most of all, I like that the mask needs to be held for 1 minute , not 5 or 10 as in other brands of hair masks. I definitely recommend it.
There is one drawback, I did not know that the jar would be too small.

This leave-in smells great and softens nicely. My hair is long, and I don’t want to cut it right now. This did a lot to reduce the look of damage on the ends. I use it in the shower as a regular conditioner, and then reapply more heavily on the last several inches. The tangles slip right out and my hair feels really soft when it’s dry. Also, I should mention that it doesn’t make my hair go flat — it still has it’s natural fullness and body. Definitely recommended, and I plan on trying the other formulas of this product as well!
Update: I did an experiment by putting extra Damage Repair Treat on the ends of my hair — about 6 or 7 inches. I rolled my hair into a bun and brushed it out at night. Again, I applied more conditioner to the ends. I did this for a few days and then washed my hair as usual. It was OUTRAGEOUS how different my hair felt. I even skipped my “regular” conditioner in the shower. When my hair air-dried, there was absolutely no frizz whatsoever, and the curls and waves had real definition. This is absolutely a GREAT CONDITIONER, and well-named Repairing Treat! Do not hesitate to try it for yourself.

This mask is the truth, I didn’t really realize it was only 100ml. For better value it make sense to buy the bigger size. Which I will do next time. The mask smells good enough to eat. And worked wonders for my 4C/4B hair. It’s so soft, bouncy, curly and manageable after using as a leave in conditioner, but I can only get to uses with this size since my hair was so dry and thick.

This product smells insanely good, I cannot overemphasize how good. It also works very well at moisturizing my naturally very dry, 3C curly hair. However I’ve found it really does work best when left on only for a short duration. As you’ll notice in some other reviews, a criticism of this product is that if you leave it on overnight (or for an extended duration) as one commonly does with a deep conditioner, it actually makes the hair feel more brittle after. I believe this is actually the result of overconditioning and isn’t a fault with the product itself. It seems to be genuinely fast acting. I’ve personally found it works best (to leave my hair feeling soft, shiny and smelling amazing) when I leave it on for around 5-10 minutes and then wash it out. I would highly recommend this but just don’t leave it on for too long 🙂

Why do all my favorite products get discontinued? This one is no exception-Garnier Fructis has confirmed they have discontinued this hair mask. I LOVE the papaya scent of this product and I LOVE that it does its work in a minute or two. I don’t have time to spend letting a hair mask sit on my head for 30 minutes or an hour so the fact that this one works during my 2 minute shower is wonderful. PLEASE Garnier Fructis BRING THIS PRODUCT BACK!!!

If you wash your hair daily as I do this conditioner is the right one to moisturize your hair, leave it silky, shiny and with a delicious fragrance. On top of that AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING (BESIDES THE RESULTS YOU OBTAIN) IS THAT IS A 1 MINUTE HAIR MASK.
