Works well to smooth flyaways, but doesn’t have holding power. Personally, the end of a rat tail comb to smooth and hairspray for hold is a true blue fix that stays all day.

I love this product and keep it in my purse for on the go touch ups. I tend to have flyaways from wearing my hair up often and this tames them without making my hair look crunchy or slick. I even used it on my baby niece’s hair when she fell asleep on the way to dinner and had fine little tangles on the back of her head. Instantly fixed without causing her any discomfort!

I wasn’t sure if this was going to work too well. I’ve never tried anything like this but I’m black with natural curly hair that I wear pressed and my sideburns and edges never stay in my ponytail and when it frizzes, it sticks outward. So I was interested in trying this. Most products advertise no flakiness but that sometimes isn’t true, but this product actually does not flake. It is clear and is easy to use and the small transformation it makes is beautiful. I love this! I will always keep one in my purse from now on!
One tip- Do not stick the brush back in for more product for each swipe on your hair, one dip is enough for multiple swipes, because a lot of product comes out on the wand.

My sister always refers to my flyaways as devil horns because of the way they frame my hair when my hair is up in a ponytail. Anyway, I recently joined a “luxury gym” where all the stay-at-home WASP moms look like they could be on America’s Next Top Model. The fitness classes are in rooms surrounded by mirrors. Not only am I the only one that appears to be sweating/panting/writhing in pain, but also my devil horns are on full display. I wish I could tell you that I am just method acting for the lead role in The Exorcist, but sadly, I am just out of shape.
But those days are over! Okay, fine. I still am red, dripping with sweat, and panting BUT my hair looks like 10/10, and very Sofia Richie-esque. I also feel like these WASP moms are nicer now that I don’t look demonic? Whatever. The point is, this Garnier product actually works. All I do is comb the devil horns back and voila! If my two remaining brain cells can figure it out, so can you. I also purchased the Tigi Bed Head Hair Wax Stick to use for an extra strong hold for HIIT classes. This one has slightly less holding power, in my humble opinion, but it’s so travel friendly and suitable for almost all my needs. Anyway, this product rocks and I will *definitely* be purchasing more.

This product helps to tame down my baby flyaways! Creates a slightly hardened section of hair but you can’t “see” it. Definitely would purchase again.
