I have used this product for years. This last batch must have been bad because the color washed out/faded quickly.
I have changed to a new product now. Clairol Nice and Easy and it works as it should as a permanent hair color to cover my grey.
They need to find out what happened or if it was a bad batch.

It’s good value. I bought a set of 2 boxes. Very convenient to use and the amount is enough for long hair (I have thin hair but long).
There are oil and conditioner to help for the hair as well. The smell is not bad at all.
