I’ve been using this product and buying it from a local grocery store for longer than I can remember. When they stopped carrying it I, like a dummy, tried several other products. When told they weren’t going to restock it after a massive remodel, I finally snapped and thought to look for it on Amazon. Why didn’t I think of it before! Now, I buy three bottles at a time. And will buy more if I ever find out it might get discontinued.
Have tried hundreds of face soaps over my oily life. This is the one I stick with!

Read the ingredients! Most of these face washes only differ by scent! They ALL contain salicylic acid (at least most do)
I will say over the years I have tried many face washes and soaps and I have ALWAYS had a blackhead problem on my nose!
Since I have been using this product (though it contains the SAME ingredients other brands do minus the charcoal) I find this product to be effective!
It has diminished most of my blackheads and has NOT dried out the skin on my nose(this is the only place i use it on my nose)
Only thing I can think of is the charcoal being the most effective ingredient lifting the “impurities” and oil from under my skin.
Fragrance is ok its not powerful or over bearing and the exfoliant/scub isnt too abrasive yet is noticeable!
In end i will buy this product again in the future and recommend anyone who has blackheads give it a try! God knows how many products youve tried already IMO this one wont hurt and you may actually find pleasant results!

I have used another brand of charcoal scrub for many, many years. The brand that i used was out of stock, so i tried the Garnier. And, yes! I was pleasantly surprised!!! The scrub granules are so small, even smaller than a grain of salt. It really felt like i was giving my face a gentle massage, rather that scrubbing the heck out of it. The results? My skin felt so satiny soft. I will definitely be sticking with Garnier!

Can’t trust the Chinese for cosmetics. I prefer French brands. They have a higher standard. I’ve been using this one for a while. It’s very effective for oily skin.

I couldn’t find it for a while on Amazon. So glad it’s back. This paired with my moisturizer, because it will dry out your face seeing as it has charcoal, works miracles. No breakouts

This is my go-to face scrub and has been for years. It does an amazing job both cleaning and improving the surface quality of your skin. I use it in the shower, and on days I wear makeup because it helps to completely remove it. It’s not too abrasive to use daily, but works best if you pair it with a regular hydrating cleanser afterwards like CeraVe.

Trying this out at the moment. I think is a good product! I prefer these over st Ives scrub. The St Ives is too rough for the skin. This Gardnier scrub SOOOOOO smooth and what a difference
