This is a great, great brush – I was afraid that the handle would be too short – but not so – it’s perfect and not slippery to handle – This brush glides through your hair and I have found that there isn’t as much hair being lost in the brush as my old brush because my old one would just pull and tear through my hair causing me to loose hair. My hair is shiny and feels smoother with using this brush to blow dry my hair. Will not use any other brush again. The BEST!

This comb is very comfortable when combing my hair, but I regret that it is not easy to clean after it is dirty, and it seems that it cannot be washed with water. I had to use a wet tissue to wipe it a little bit.

I first read about this brush in a review of paddle brushes. I believe this is made in the U.K. This brush is priced at least 2-3x more than other paddle brushes from the U.S. or China. Is it worth it? Absolutely! The padding is exactly is what I hoping for – extremely pliable and soft. This is great for following the contours of your head without forcing its spikes into your skull as is common with most paddle brushes. It grabs hair and makes styling via a blow dryer so much simpler. Don’t waste your time with the cheaper stuff.

The ghd is a life-changing paddle brush! If you were blessed with frizzy and unruly hair that you prefer to style and iron into submission as I do, this brush will help you to create a smooth and glossy finish to your style. The brush creates a beautiful blowout and has significantly cut down on the time it took me to dry my hair using a round brush, which only added to the static and frizz. It has a velvety finish which feels great in the hand, is not too heavy, and seems like it will hold up for years to come. It was a bit pricy for a brush, but so far it has been well worth it and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

About six years ago, I received a ghd hairdryer as a birthday present and it came with a free ghd brush. It was the best brush and only recently started to show wear and tear so I bought another one. They are great and very gentle on the hair and very easy to clean. Although not cheap they really do last and I would definitely recommend, especially if hair is long and thick. Also easy to clean.
