You can’t cut corners with this glue. Let it dry until it’s clear, VERY IMPORTANT. I used it incorrectly the first time and was very disappointed with its performance. I tried it again and followed the steps to a T and I’m so impressed with how well it works. This is day 1 and my hair is tight and secure, we will see how long it holds up.

This adhesive is a cream, most others are a clear sticky glue that gets all over the place. Cream bond is the only adhesive that works with hair systems. One coat on your scalp will last 2 days, 3 coats will last about 5 days. Cream bond that comes in a toothpaste container is the best, but they are expensive. This plastic container had some hardened glue at the top, but just a small amount. I will always buy adhesive that comes in a toothpast container as it keeps the glue moist. This one is $38 and will last 2 months at least, so it’s the best alternative. Just be aware if you get one that the glue is hardened, that this plastic container isn’t the best package for Cream glue.. I really like the hold, so I’d definitely get it again.

Pros: it dries clear.
Cons: I get maybe two days of hold and it releases off my skin, even with plenty of prep. It balls up and it’ll stick to my fingers, but not my head. My facial skin is not particularly oily and I am careful not to get moisturizer on the glue.
It is not water resistant in the slightest. My hair got a little bit damp from steam in the shower and the lace just popped right off, but the glue is still there and had to be removed with isopropyl alcohol. I’m glad I didn’t try swimming in this like people claim you can do; that would have been embarrassing as all get out.
I’ll be trying something different. This doesn’t work.

Verschillende merken geprobeerd maar deze is echt goed. Laat onder meest extreme omstandigheden niet los. Moet alleen uit zien te vogelen hoe ik het straks los krijg, hahaha.
