I had initially tried this at a Hilton hotel more than a year ago. I liked it so much, I immediately came home and ordered it and have been using it ever since.
What I love about it is that it’s gentle on my scalp. It doesn’t give me the scalp irritation and dryness that other shampoos give me. It also gently but thoroughly cleans my hair.
While I use a different conditioner as my hair needs a little extra help in that regard, I’ve stayed with this shampoo for more than a year. I love it as much now as I did then. I just wish it didn’t cost so much. Still, with my long hair, one bottle usually lasts me about two months.

The quality is good, but it doesn’t produce much foam, so I end up using more of it, which means applying more chemicals at the same time. The conditioner from this collection is highly recommended, but the shampoo itself falls short of expectations.

I used this brand shampoo and conditioner during a recent stay at a Hilton Hotel and fell in love! Made my hair look, feel and smell amazing. I found it on Amazon and had to purchase. I was a little iffy about spending over $60 for both the shampoo and conditioner but just did it because what I used at the hotel was worth it. NOT AT ALL WHAT I GOT! THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED MINE AS WELL OF BEEN A BOTTLE OF WATER. IT HAD THE CONSISTENCY OF WATER AND NO CLEAN SMELL AT ALL. SAME WITH THE CONDITIONER, VERY RUNNY AND HARDLY ANY OF THE CLEAN SMELL. It also didn’t work the same, left my hair feeling dirty and not clean and fresh at all. It has left the front pieces of my hair very frail and splitting apart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IT IS NOT THE SAME PRODUCT AS THE HOTELS!!!! THEY MOST LIKELY ARE WATERING IT WAY DOWN TO GET THEIR MONEY WORTH OUT OF IT. HORRIBLE PRODUCT.

I stayed at a Hampton Inn and was completely shocked at how soft and lightweight my hair felt afterwards. I’ve never had a hair product make my hair feel like this until now. It’s a little pricey for the bottle size but totally worth it. I can go longer in between washings, too. I bought the shampoo and conditioner and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to switch back to anything else. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Shampoo and body wash lids were loose and leaked. I’ve used the product before and loved it. I suggest checking lid tightness before packaging.
