I have used Gillette Cool Wave antiperspirant and deodorant for years. I saw the clinical option on Amazon and decided to test it out. It’s great! It works really well and smells very pleasant. My only qualm is that it is significantly more expensive than the non-clinical Cool Wave option and it also provides less product. I will likely be switching back to the standard Cool Wave product since I do not necessarily need the clinical offering and have done just fine on the standard one. It does keep me very dry though, that should be said. A great product overall, just a little pricey compared to other products that are not clinical strength which I do not need.

I live in humid Houston. Our summers are brutal. We wear our air like a bad fashion statement. Most antiperspirants and deodorants work just fine for me during fall, winter and spring…but when summer comes I have to step things up a few notches. This product absolutely works all day. (Not sure about 48 or 72 hours because you have to bathe regularly here. )
Here’s what I know: I never stink when I wear Gillette Clinical Strength. It’s the best of the best. Three clicks on the wheel…No itching, or rashes. Dries fast. No residue on clothing. Smells like a cologne that I’d buy.

I prefer a men’s gel deodorant and this is an improvement over the regular Gilette gel product, which I have been using for decades. The clinical strength does last up to 72 hrs, and I sweat a lot. I have switched to it permanently, even after trying some of the trendy new “all body” products.
