Pros:
– light scent (aloe) unlike the others that are unscented and smell like the chemicals in them
– good alternative for those who react to Cocamidopropyl betaine which is in so many things
– light
– cost for a gallon but can be a con see below
– seems to remove oils and normal head sweat
Cons:
– does not foam a lot with one pump (long hair) – men’s buzz cut one pump is ok but definitely need more for the same amount of foam as the typical brands
– may cost you as much per oz as the typical brands if you want more foam
I wish it foamed a little more and had a tad stronger scent but that’s not a major gripe

It is so bad that even keeping your eye close will irritate your eyes.

Finished off the first gallon and came back for more. First gallon was the tropical scent, got aloe this time simply because it was cheaper. Both smell and function great!
I do an AVC rinse about once a week, as this shampoo is very gentle and thus I get a little build up over time. But I much prefer gentle shampoo as its much easier on my skin and hair. I recommend the AVC rinse if you notice any build up.
Its also thick enough that you can mix with water to have it last longer, with it still having a good lather. I think this lasted just a bit over a year.

It’s a good value, but could be better if you didn’t have to use so much. There’s not much scent, so that’s good (in my opinion). It’s very viscous and hard to pour into a smaller dispense bottle.

No garbage in it like head and Shoulders does not dry out your hair or scalp you need to use a bit more it doesn’t foam up because of the lack of sulfates
I am a big fan of this brand
I will be buying more of it in the future looking into there body wash as well.
