This product was my ABSOLUTE favorite thing, UNTIL NOW. I’m pretty sure this seller just sold me water. The smell is not the same, the color is not the same, the feeling it gives me skin is not the same. DO NOT BUY.

I’d read the formula had changed, but I thought the only change was water being the first ingredient.
NOPE! Almost every ingredient has changed. ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS ARE THE SAME: Salicylic Acid, Polysorbate 20, and water. That’s it.

I assume the change was made because of how powerful the previous solution was, which is understandable, but that’s why people bought it—because it worked for them. I can’t believe they’d risk making an entirely new product and list it as the same thing rather than create a separate listing, or even just give people a warning the formula contains so many new ingredients (and removed 5 of the original 8). Other reviews mention reactions to the nature-based ingredients, and lack of potency of the new product.
This is fine if you want to try something new and are aware of the ingredients, but this is not the same product you were buying pre-2023.

Strong product, it def will dry out those pesky pimples but you should be careful if you have sensitive skin…

This was recommended by my doctor for clearing up my adult acne, and it works great! I use it in the morning and before going to bed, and now I have smooth, perfect skin. I’m constantly asked by people, many are strangers, about the secret to my beautiful perfect skin, and I tell them about Glytone. I wish I had known about this a couple years earlier, but now I’ve been using it for over 8 or 9 years. I’m glad I found it available on Amazon so it’s easier to order. Excellent product!

I’m an esthetician and I work with many clients who struggle with severe acne. I would highly recommend this toner to anyone who struggles with acne. It’s really strong and works really well. Unfortunately, it will dry out your skin if you don’t use a hydrating serum or an oil controling moisturizer. Please don’t make the mistake of believing the myth “If your skin is oily you don’t need moisturizer”. Please trust me, that is 100% false! No matter who you are but most importantly, those of you who suffer from acne, you MUST HYDRATE your skin with some form of hydrating serum (as in anything with hyaluronic acid in it) or an oil controlling moisturizer. If you use this toner but choose to NOT moisturize, you’ll find that your skin will become excessively dry which will stimulate your oil glands to over produce oil to compensate for the dryness then you will find yourself in a worse acne situation than when you started. So, hydrate hydrate hydrate. Ok, now I can say that I truly love this toner and I swear by it. I have numerous clients using it and as well as a Glytone cleanser and all are seeing heat results. In fact, I trust this product so much that I use it myself.

I love Glytone, it’s easier to just buy the products from Amazon. After over 20 years of acne-free living, in 2016 I weirdly started getting terrible outbreaks along my jaw and the lower half of my face (probably from stress.) This toner worked miracles for me! After a short series of aggressive facials to get rid of the dead skin and reduce some of the acne scarring on my face, I’m not just trying to maintain. I use this toner on an almost daily routine to make sure my skin is turning over new cells! Now I’m break-out free with skin that’s looking great!

This product is fantastic. I’ve been struggling with breakouts the last year or so and I’ve tried so many different products. This one works! Doesn’t dry my face out too much like other products do. I just finished the first bottle and I now have it on auto delivery every 3 months. I highly recommend!!
