I was really hoping to get a tie that might hold my thick, but fine hair. The woven and twisted construction does really hold, but when the fibers contract, they catch fine hair strands that will pull right out of your head when you remove the tie. They are impossible to slide down if you’ve made your pony tail a little too tight or need to release any tension.
These are nice ties but certainly not “ouchless” for fine hair. Fortunately they weren’t too expensive and I’ll just donate the lot.

I love these hair ties, they hold up very well and are great for thick hair! They’re literally the only hair ties I buy, they don’t snap as you’re tying you’re hair and even though they look deceiving in size, they stretch out pretty well, giving you enough room to comfortably tie you’re hair up! Highly recommend!!

i usually use the same hair ties for as long as i can and keep it on my wrist when it’s not in my hair…many hair ties have not been able to live up to my high expectations until i went scouring on amazon for some new ones that wouldn’t snap on me or snag my hair and found them here!! these are great and i honestly expect them to last me for at least a year or two!

Tried a bunch of different elastics to hold my big mane during workouts, but couldn’t find suitable products until a friend gave me one of hers. They work great with my dense and curly hair, and are very durable.

I love these hair types. They are very durable. I have very thick curly hair and most times I have to use 3 and 4 hair ties to keep my hair in place. With these I only need one but I like to use two just in case. These hair ties have held up for a very long time. They hold there shape and don’t get all stretched out like other hair ties do.

I have a pair of these that are YEARS OLD, and are barely stretched out enough to fall off my wrist but I still use them. These are by far the best. Great for dense, curly hair !!!! And they don’t pull your hair out

I have used a lot of different poly tail ties. These aren’t “forever” but they definitely lasts A LOT longer than other poly tail hair ties. Also very elastic/easy to use and doesn’t hurt your hair when you take it off (slides right off). These have been my go-to for years. I don’t even try anything else anymore – they are most durable I have tried (I have to buy more because I lose them, not because they break), hold elasticity and doesn’t pull hair when you take it off. Can’t go wrong with these if you have thick hair!

I have long, thick hair to my waist and these are the best hair ties I’ve found that work. They are durable, easy to use and keep my hair in place. They also don’t rip your hair out as you take them off. Goody is one of the better brands out there and I’ve tried many.
